Ideal build for a magical girl character?

My character Misty is a magical girl. She's a teenage alien who can turn into the heroine Mystic Star. She has the ability to summon...what can really only be described as weaponized cuteness.

If you haven't already, you should read the Getting Started Guide, which includes what you need to play, a guide for, well, getting started, house rules and sample characters.

 

As for your question about magical girls and weaponized cuteness, that is a very broad thing, but as with most everything else in Mutants and Masterminds, it probably just comes down to choosing powers, and using the right descriptors, though we'll need some more details of what exactly she can do.

 

Do she blast at enemies while flying around? Do she summon a giant bunny to help her out? Can she create force fields, empathically influence others or something else entirely?
