Slam attack question

Hi all,

So the character I'm working on has Super-Speed 2 with the Strike bonus PF. I'm wondering how, and if, the Strike aspect would stack a slam attack.

Assuming he had enough movement to use 1 move (250ft) would it be damage: 2 (slam) + 2 (movement power) + 2 (strike PF) = 6 or 2 (slam) + 2 (movement power or Strike, since the net effect is the same @ 250ft) = 4?

The first one.

And I'd say that bonuses to slam damage from momentum/movement powers do not let you break your attack/damage PL limits.
