Kaede Kimura
It's a general area, here's the power: Stun 8 (Nervebuzzer; Extras: Area [Burst]; Feats: Ricochet, Thrown 1, Triggered 2; Flaws: Unreliable [5 Uses]; Drawbacks: Full Power) Link to comment
Thevshi
Problem is, at the moment there are no real big groups of Communion drones, there are scatted ones here and there, but Lawrence cured the majority of them. Link to comment
Poncho
can I throw one at the Time Twister even though it'll bounce off his shield? Link to comment
Poncho
I will instead delay until the next GM post so I'm prepared with the hoverboard and grenades! Link to comment
RocketLord
Well, not sure if Parker can hear Vueriz since he's over by the entity already, but he will stunt to get this Blast power off his Space Control Array (minding that his current base attack bonus for this thread is +8) Damage 8 (Extras: Autofire, Penetrating; Feats: Affects Insubstantial 2, Indirect 3, Variable Descriptor 2 [Space Manipulation]) {31/32} And rolling to attack the barrier with that, essentially trying to break it down by manipulating the space in the barrier to weaken. Since it's stationary, no attack roll, but full Power Attack for +5, to DC30 + however much you want to add from Autofire and Penetrating in case of Impervious... or adding it to the combo, however you want to play it! Thevshi
Okay, hoping to push this towards a resolution soon while Blue Bolt puts her plan in motion. @The Sailor TL2 is up! Right now there are no immediate threats near her or within ranger/movement. So she has a chance to move back towards Lawrence and the others toward the center of the park if she wants to take it. Thevshi
Need to keep this moving. @Thunder King Will move to Sever. As I mentioned above, there are no immediate threats near him and Torpedo Lass. There is the mysterious robed figure that Spaceman is trying to attack (but is being blocked by what looks like a temporal barrier). Then there are most of the others near Lawrence, towards the middle of the park. Link to comment

I'll take advantage of that then and move to Lawrence at my best movement (probably with a forward leap.) I'll hold any attack for any hostile that threatens Lawrence. The Sailor
Was told to post this here, as a unknown speedster went inbound on Lawrence. https://orokos.com/roll/1014498 Got a 23 on the roll for Phosphorescent Sphere. Link to comment
Thevshi
Okay, time to dial up tension a bit as we move towards executing Blue Bolt's plan: The robed figure is summoning time simulacrums of the Crime League and the Deadly Dozen (alien supervillains the Praetorians have fought in the past). The Crime League will mainly engage with the Freedom League. Round Five 39 Procyus (unharmed) 38 Velocity (unharmed) 32 Gamma Buzz 4 HP (injured, bruised, dislocated leg, prone) 30 Moon-Moth Drone (unharmed) 25 Insect Drones (several in area around park) 24 Rux (unharmed) 24 Timeout 3 HP (unharmed) 21 Sullek (unharmed) 21 Blue Bolt 2 HP (unharmed) 21 Rot 4 HP (unharmed) 20 Varlis (unharmed) 20 X’madi (unharmed) 20 Sai’x (unharmed) 20 Golden Star 3 HP (injured, bruised, fatigued) 20 Spaceman 2 HP (injured, bruised) 18 Zadvian (unharmed) 17 Paradigm (unharmed) 17 Torpedo Lass II 5 HP (unharmed) 15 Drones (many: 5 are within 30’ of Timeout/TL2/Sever; 26 are within 250’ of Timeout/TL2/Sever); other groups further out in area ) 14 Cor (unharmed) 13 Needle Fighters (many) 13 Large Alien Drones (6 (2 currently near Gamma Buzz)) 13 Santir (unharmed) 12 Adiri (unharmed) 10 Sever 3 HP (injured, bruised, prone) 7 Amikai (unharmed) 5 Pheydyn (unharmed) Procyus moves to attack Timeout, and TL2 hits him, but he gets a 27 on his toughness save, so is fine. Paradigm will Interpose as he continues at Timeout. Procyus gets a 30 on his attack roll, a Critical Hit!, which means he just gets past her Impervious. She tanks the DC 30 toughness save with a 34 Teen Velocity will follow after and attack the speedster, missing with a 17 That brings up Gamma Buzz! @Supercape Link to comment
Thevshi
Forgot to add, giving everyone a HP for this latest set back/complication. Current HPs are: Gamma Buzz 5 HP Timeout 4 HP Blue Bolt 3 HP Golden Star 4 HP Spaceman 3 HP Torpedo Lass II back to 5 HP Sever 4 HP As we are moving towards the end, don't be hesitant to spend them. Supercape
Gamma Buzz is going to leap (move action) to his old Buddy Timeout. Free action to activate Nauseate Aura Standard Action to punch-a-doodle-do Procyus (he isn't being sensible...) 26 - not quite a critical, but should hit! DC 23 Tough and DC 15 Nauseate effects. Link to comment
Thevshi
He fails the save with a 17, I am going to treat all the time shades as minions, so, that will take him out! That brings up Rux, who will teleport over near Gamma and attack, hitting with a 24, so DC 25 toughness save @Supercape Then Rux teleports away. Timeout will unleash the power he stunted last time again. Using Extra effort for +2 to the Transform. He gets a 22 on his attack roll, which will hit the remaining Praetorians still communionized (plus any other communion drones in the area). Not going to bother with the DC 22 save for the drones, will just say the majority are turned back to their original state: Dragonid: 8 Moon-Moth: 23 Kharg: 24 Spectra: 20 Seresk: 12 Well, almost all of them. This brings up another time shade, Sullek will move over to attack Sever, missing with a 13 @Kaede Kimura this brings up Blue Bolt, who is on round two of her jury-rigging a way to get at the robed bad guy (while all hell is breaking lose around her) Link to comment
Supercape
19 so bruised (and injured?) and dazed. And knockbacked, too. Feel free to pop out one of Baz's limbs (Pop! Complication) from the KB, if it suits. Edited June 26 by Supercape Link to comment
Kaede Kimura
Vueriz will keep working on the Jury-rigging, will post IC today, just catching up everywhere. Link to comment
Thevshi
Okay, Varlis will run up and try to shoot Lawrence with a blaster, but misses. X'madi will try to hit Spaceman with a telekinetic blast, hitting with an 18. @RocketLord that is a DC 27 toughness save. Sai'x will fly into the air and attack Spaceman with a sonic blast, hitting with a 28! (a critical hit). @RocketLord that is a DC 33 toughness save for that attack! Then @Poncho it is Golden Star's turn! Link to comment
Poncho
Michael's going to go ahead and swing back at Varlis. He doesn't have his enhanced Super-Strength or Flight but his powers are otherwise all the same. And I have a ton of HP, so I might as well. I'm gonna charge him, if possible, with All-Out Power Attack for +2/+2 (taking -2 to my Defense), then Surge to hit him again with +2/+2 and blow a HP to ignore the Fatigue. So the first attack is at +9/+11 if the charge works, the second is +7/+11. and I think I take a total defense penalty of -4? If I understand how that works. If the charge doesn't work both are at +7/+11. Attack Rolls on Varlis Results 1d20+9: 21 [1d20=12] 1d20+7: 9 [1d20=2] Well those aren't hitting anyone. DC would be 26 Toughness if they did. And I'll start Interposing for fellow students who need it; Gamma Buzz and Sever and Blue Bolt getting priority for now. For full clarity, this is the moment when I realized I was already fatigued. So instead of removing Fatigue from the Surge, the best way to correct this is to HP to remove the Fatigue at the start of the turn, then do this, but I end up remaining Fatigued at the end of the turn due to it. Poncho
HP reroll on the first miss: Attack Roll Reroll Results 1d20+9: 17 [1d20=8] so it becomes 18 which does hit according to Discord, for the listed DC26 Toughness Edited July 9 by Poncho Link to comment
Thevshi
Yes, that his, but....he just makes the save. Link to comment
Thevshi
@RocketLord Need the two toughness saves above and then it is Parker's turn. Link to comment
RocketLord
Alright, trying to get back up to speed: I got 3HP and a Bruise and an Injury, and I was using Parker's old Def and Tou saves , which was Def+5, Tou+11... unless I can just switch to the current sheet to stop from having to try to remember that all the time? If that's fine, then all my saves below should be 2 higher. And I currently got this stunted: Damage 8 (Extras: Autofire, Penetrating; Feats: Affects Insubstantial 2, Indirect 3, Variable Descriptor 2 [Space Manipulation]) {31/32} And that's first a DC27 TOU save, then a DC33 TOU save. Alright, vs. the DC27 TOU save: 15 Spending a HP to reroll that: 29, tanking it Then, vs. the crit at DC33, I spend a HP to use Ultimate Save [Toughness], which gives me a TOU save at 30 So, down to 1HP, but only taking another Bruise and/or Injury instead of being out of the fight. Going to teleport up and hit the flier with the sonic attack with the stunted damage effect: 28 What do you know, getting a crit back in return. That's a DC28+up to 5 from Autofire TOU save if it hits. Edited July 30 by RocketLord Link to comment
Thevshi
That is certainly a hit, the time shade fails her toughness save, so goes down. Zadvian will rush over to attack Golden Star, but misses with a 14. Paradigm will fly in to attack Zadvian, but she also misses with a 15. @The Sailor Torpedo Lass is up! Link to comment
The Sailor
Holding action to act with Mr. Lizard in a two-piece if needed. Link to comment
Thevshi
Okay, reposting this so it is handy: Round Five 38 Velocity (unharmed) 32 Gamma Buzz 5 HP (injured, bruised x2, prone) 30 Moon-Moth Drone (unharmed) 25 Insect Drones (several in area around park) 24 Rux (unharmed) 24 Timeout 4 HP (unharmed) 21 Sullek (unharmed) 21 Blue Bolt 3 HP (unharmed) 21 Rot 4 HP (unharmed) 20 Varlis (unharmed) 20 X’madi (unharmed) 20 Golden Star 3 HP (injured, bruised, fatigued) 20 Spaceman 3 HP (injured, bruised) 18 Zadvian (unharmed) 17 Paradigm (unharmed) 17 Torpedo Lass II 5 HP (unharmed) 15 Drones (many: 5 are within 30’ of Timeout/TL2/Sever; 26 are within 250’ of Timeout/TL2/Sever); other groups further out in area ) 14 Cor (unharmed) 13 Needle Fighters (many) 13 Large Alien Drones (6 (2 currently near Gamma Buzz)) 13 Santir (unharmed) 12 Adiri (unharmed) 10 Sever 4 HP (injured, bruised) 7 Amikai (unharmed) 5 Pheydyn (unharmed) So, one of the time shades (Cor) ill move forward and try to trap Spaceman in an energy construct: @RocketLord DC 20 Reflex save to dodge. Santir will engage with Rot (and those two will trade disintegration attacks and keep each other busy) Adiri takes on a tough, rocky appearance and easily covers the distance to Lawrence in a leap. Seresk (the big lizard) will try to hit her, but misses with a 13. @The Sailor Does TL want to take her held action to attack? Link to comment
