Thevshi Posted February 12 Author Posted February 12 Nope, no need to make rolls (the PCs are all good enough to Take 10 on these minions, who won't be able to withstand any hit). Just make a post of taking one or two down (depending on if your PC can make an area attack). Purposely had Multi-Girl NOT use her area attack, as she probably could have caught them all in it

Thevshi Posted February 17 Author Posted February 17 You still get to add your Int bonus, but for knowledge skills you have a cap on how good your result can be (you cannot do better than 15 (which is information to answer basic questions on a subject) no matter how well you roll). I also take the view that for those that grew up in Freedom City, or have been at Claremont for a bit and likely taken the appropriate questions, what information about the Moore Act is basic vs more advanced is different than someone else.
