Multi-Girl

Bernadette was also a bit surprised as Neko suddenly took off, dropping down to all fours. As she started alongside Charlie, she shook her head at his question. "No, this isn' normal." She replied, a slight sense of worry at seeing Neko’s intense reaction. In some ways it reminded the redhead of how Neko had reacted to Quirk using a highly inaccurate version of Japan's past in the "video game" he had placed them in months ago, only this time dialed up to eleven.

Leaping outside, Bernadette is easily able to catch back up with her friend and roommate, putting on her communicator as she went to better stay in contact with Charlie if needed. As she ran, the Irish teen had her duplicates escort Summer and the other members of the band back to the hotel, just to be sure they were out of harm's way.

Paper

Leon started a little at Neko’s sudden declaration that she had found the catboy. He glanced back at Stormcrow as he confirmed. He made no motion to pull away as the energy cracked around her. Her posture was different then he’d ever noticed before, but he was there to support her and he was on his feet with her in an instant.

“Let’s do this!”

He was only a beat behind Neko as she started to run. Multi-Girl was right along beside him as they followed her, and he was sure if he glanced around he would spot Stormcrow too. His attention was fully on his girlfriend as they ran along the street, dodging people that couldn’t get out of their way fast enough.

The sight of a crazed catgirl in the streets are enough to give pause to anyone that gets too close, with two other people following her . Above, Stormcrow leaps from rooftop to rooftop, as they all get closer and closer to the tall building.

The window far above is still open, but the cats refuse to enter, and the feed from Stormcrow's drone disappears before he can see anything inside.

Standing at the foot of the building, the question is how they will enter. Try to scale the building on the outside, go through the inside, or something else?

Neko Musume I

When she felt her cats strike against the building's wards, Neko paused in a dark alley to dismiss them. There was no point in feeling them suffer - and the moment gave her time to calm down. The sparking witchfire around her seemed to fade back to the realms from which it had come, her tails hanging low but no longer thrashing as the others joined her.

"The building is shielded," she hissed, pacing back and forth. "So I can't make them run outside. I know it is a trap. But their shields aren't stronger than me," she added, baring her pointed nails. "But I need your help," she told the others. "I need your help to get in there, and find them, and make them tell me-." she was getting herself worked up again.

The STORMCROW

Neko's getting all worked up. Charlie gets it, at least from an intellectual perspective. He doesn't have some dark and terrible past, but he's been around Alek and others enough to see where this is going. Dropping down from the rooftops, he lands next to the rest of the group, his cape wrapped around him.

"Neko. Breathe for a sec." If she goes off like this once they're inside, they're all going to be in trouble. "We'll get inside, we'll find him and get what you need, but we have no idea what's going on in there. Your cats won't go in, and I lost my drone too, so either they blocked the feed or they found it. No matter what, it means they're ready."

Stormcrow pauses and looks up for a moment. It's far up. He can get there, he's got the tool, but they all need to get up there, together. "Paper, can you create something strong enough to carry us all up there?" He frowns for a moment. He really doesn't want to sneak or fight his way through an entire building that will either all turn out to be random office workers or ninjas if he can help it.

Paper

Paper skidded to a stop beside Neko. He looked up at the building thoughtfully.

When Neko sounded like she was getting worked up again he stepped closer and put a hand on her shoulder.

“It’s okay, love.”

He said gently.

“Stormy’s right, we’ll get in there and we’ll get the info, and anything else we need.

He turns her to face him, and puts his real hand on her cheek.

“If you rush in there angry like this, you’re letting them win. You’re better than that. You’re stronger than them.”

He glances back at Stormcrow and nods.

“I can get us up there.”

And looks back at Neko and smiles lovingly.

“And they might think they are, but they could never be ready for us.”

He gives Neko a knowing grin.

“Let’s show them how strong you are. How strong we are.”

He takes her hand in his and squeezes it.

Multi-Girl

Bernadette stood with the others, looking over at the building their target had disappeared into. The redhead had briefly stopped along the way to change into her costume, able to quickly catch back up with the others. She smirked slightly as Neko mentioned is likely being a trap.

"Then it is like Quirk's little castle in his dumb game he had us play." The Irish teen replied. "We kicked the butts of all the ninjas an' other traps he had in there, I expect we can do so again, especially with Storm and Paper with us." She added with a small smile.

Of course, there was the concern that Quirk's little game was…just that a game, where this was reality, and their enemy likely much more lethal. But, there was no way Neko was not going to going in, but Charlie was right, no sense in rushing in too unprepared.

Good to his word, Paper summons paper to lift the group up. His creation raises quickly towards top of the building, stopping just outside the open window, close enough that the group can easily enter.

Everything is dark inside.

Neko can smell the Shinobi from in there. Not just a scent left behind, but that he is actually there. There is another scent, a human. Whoever are in there, they are silent.
