Alright, shot with a Snare Arrow it is, with the Autofire extra, and additional +5 from the Aim bonus: 33

I'm hoping that'll give the full +3 bonus from Autofire, so that should be a DC19 Ref save vs. Snare

Giving the creature a -5 penalty to Reflex as it is disorientated

Im going to assume you cant beat that, so it will take a swing. Its reflexes are sharp, but it is not skilled

Initiative roll, even if it can't be beat: 21

 

For the record: His Concealment is active, so a 50% miss chance even if hit.

 

Then, he moves back as far as his movement allows to keep some distance between them, then fires a Strobe Light Arrow with Autofire added: 20

That's a DC16(+up to 3 from Autofire) Will Save vs. Paralyze if it hits.

the thug has just inhaled his own vomit, so DC 10 Medicine to revive him. 

 

DC 5 will save his life but he will be unconsious and seriously injured from hypoxia (i.e. needs medical attention immediately)./
