Thevshi Posted October 2 Author Posted October 2 Okay, the guy in the top hat will again try to hit Harlequin with his cane, and misses. This brings up: ROUND THREE 34 Slipstream 1 HP (unharmed) 23 OD (unharmed) (-4 PP to all powers started Round 2) 21 Harlequin 2 HP (unharmed) 17 Avant Guard (8) 8 Arctus 0 HP (unharmed, Dazzled (vision) Round 2) 4 Renoir (unharmed) Lynn will turn to the Avant Guard around her and Jack, Taking 10 on the first one (with -2 atk/+2 dam) DC 25 save: first one down; will Takedown to the next: two down; three down; and last one almost makes the toughness save, but is still down. She will then try to punch OD: but misses. OD will step up to punch Arctus, hitting with a 26, that is a DC 25 toughness save @Jack. Then it is Alden's turn @Kaede Kimura
Kaede Kimura Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Okay, crossing my fingers it works better this time, but especially after Arctus has been blinded imma try deflecting again.
Thevshi Posted October 7 Author Posted October 7 @Kaede Kimura Okay, will go with two Avant Guard, who will move up to try to attack the blinded Arctus: 15 and 17 for their attack rolls. The two on Harlequin keep after him, and both miss Go ahead with your deflect rolls.
Kaede Kimura Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Everyone attacking Harlequin is just having the worst time lol, hopefully he can spread his good fortune! First roll 1d20+12 = 23 is good to see! And fingers crossed for the following... 1d20+12 = 16... I'm gonna HP reroll it this time, just for the sake of not having Arctus completely open when OD goes next. 1d20+12 = 29. (I'll get the IC out today, just halfway through another post)
Thevshi Posted October 8 Author Posted October 8 @Jack Okay, Jack's turn, he gets a DC 15 Fort save to recover from being blinded at the start of his turn.
Thevshi Posted October 9 Author Posted October 9 @Jack So he recovers from the dazzle, go ahead with your action.
Jack Posted October 9 Posted October 9 Jack is gonna go all out and attack OD and use his Feats to try and Grapple him. Attack roll 30 Grapple check 32
Thevshi Posted October 9 Author Posted October 9 OD gets a 22 on his toughness save, so is bruised and dazed. And he only gets a 20 on his grapple check, so is pinned!
Thevshi Posted October 9 Author Posted October 9 Okay, the bad guy in the top hat will keep trying to go after Harlequin, hitting with a 24 @Kaede Kimura so a DC 17 Fort save for Harlequin. Then we move to: ROUND FOUR 34 Slipstream 1 HP (unharmed) 23 OD (bruised, dazed, grappled/pinned) (-4 PP to all powers started Round 2) 21 Harlequin 1 HP (unharmed) 17 Avant Guard (4) 8 Arctus 0 HP (unharmed) 4 Renoir (unharmed) Slipstream will move over to attack the Avant Guard attacking Harlequin: Same as before (-2/+2) power attack: DC 25 toughness saves: both fail (though the first one just barely). She will then go after the guy in the top hat, she will have to make an attack roll due to her power attack: hitting with a 21, DC 25 toughness save: 28, he tanks the save. OD will clear his daze (HP to Arctus) and try to escape the grapple 24 (another terrible roll), @Jack need an opposed roll to keep the grapple in place.
Kaede Kimura Posted October 9 Posted October 9 I suppose it was inevitable that Harlequin would get tagged eventually, and that he would then roll 1d20+4 = 6 terribly lol.
Thevshi Posted October 9 Author Posted October 9 Ouch, that means Harlequin is unconscious. Going to skip a GM post for the last two Avant Guard, who are going to run away. So @Jack you are up!
Jack Posted October 10 Posted October 10 Jack in is fury will attempt a finisher move on OD as a full round action.
Thevshi Posted October 10 Author Posted October 10 Okay, OD gets a 26 on his toughness save, so only takes a bruise. And he gets a 29 on his fort save, so stay's conscious!
Thevshi Posted October 17 Author Posted October 17 Okay, the guy in the top hat isn't going to try to keep fighting given Jack's range, so he is cutting and running as well. ROUND FIVE 34 Slipstream 1 HP (unharmed) 23 OD (bruised x2, grappled/pinned) (-4 PP to all powers started Round 2) 21 Harlequin 1 HP (unconscious) 17 Avant Guard (2) 8 Arctus 1 HP (unharmed) 4 Renoir (unharmed) Slipstream will chase after the fleeing bad guys, going after the Avant Guard first and catching up to them. She will again Take 10 to hit them (-2 atk/+2 dam): DC 25 toughness saves: they both miss, so the remaining Avant Guard are down. @Jack OD will try to break free from the grapple again, getting a 32 this time on his Grapple Check. @Kaede Kimura If you want to spend your last HP, you can get a recovery check (DC 10 Fort save) to try to wake back up.
Thevshi Posted October 18 Author Posted October 18 @Kaede Kimura That makes it, so you can go ahead and post coming back awake (which will be your action for the round). @Jack You just maintain the grapple, go ahead with your action!
Thevshi Posted October 29 Author Posted October 29 Okay, applying a penalty due to circumstances, but he still gets a 22, so a bit unnerved, but not ready to just surrender.
