MoonSimply Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Carmen's instincts where in full effect as she quickly heard the cackle of the flying witch and what sounded like something flying towards her and Centuria. Such strange animatronics they were, brought to life by strange magics from what she guessed, or some sort of electronic trickery beyond her comprehension. What was within her comprehension was the caramel blob that was about to coat them and floor around them, jumping away with handstand just as it hit in the nick of time, headed straight towards the werewolf creature. Puma had never fought a witch, devils and sorcerers once or so, but not a witch. Werewolves on the other hand where something she far better and was more than happy to take the fight to that than some flying green pyschobot. "Hey dog brain, try and keep up!" she says, continuing her athletic and gymnastic movement. With a quickness in her step, she was right in front of it, faking out a slashing strike with the claws of her hands. A quick motion and she'd be striking with a donkey style clawed kick with both legs, falling into a roll back with teeth gritted and growling, "Becuase I'm not gonna play easy!"
Supercape Posted November 23 Posted November 23 Spore "Spoons!" gasped Spore as they flew towards her. Her eyes widened, her hands raised, she prepared to have her skin lacerated with forks and knives. "Thanks!" she gasped again as Harlequin deflected the silverware. Was it silver? She didn't know, and she didn't care. Just so long as she wasn't picking them out of her skin. On that prudent note, she dove for cover, hiding behind a potted fake christmas tree placed there to give the mall a bit more of a natural green atmosphere. She peeked behind the lights and needles to try and orientate herself. It was the witch that was the red rag. It brought back childhood memories of the Wizard of Oz. How the old crone had frightened her! She brought back a hand, and flung it forward, releasing a dozen coin-sized spores, all ready to eat up some witchly flesh!
Poncho Posted November 24 Author Posted November 24 (GM Post) The Fur of the Werewolf was becoming scratched and torn, revealing the mechanical pieces inside of it as Puma and Centuria tore away at it. Meanwhile, the knives, mostly deflected by Harlqeuin's magic, implanted themselves down into tables and chairs. Only one could sink it's way through the shiny silver rings and attempt to actually knife Spore- but it was a Spork. The Wolfman responded to Puma's snarling fight with his own clawed slash, attempting to rip her stomach open, while the remaining knives turned their attention toward Alden, flying at speed. But the dramatic result was the spores of Spore sinking into the mechanical Witch. They sprouted into mushrooms, weighing and grinding the gears heavily. With a horrific screeching and grinding, the machine fell, tumbling from the sky in a broken, wretched heap. "Wow! You really took that one down!" From the third floor, high above the fight, the teen in the bunny hood had returned. Her face was hidden by an electronic mask, but rather than displaying a face, it displayed a flurry of emoticons as she spoke; hearts, smiles, wagging fingers, whatever her emotional timbre was for the words she was speaking, the mask responded, though her words sounded slightly electronic coming from the speaker, she was clearly flesh and blood under her rabbit eared hood. "So coooool!!" her face was a heart. Then it shifted to a laughing emoji. "You guys are awesome, really superheroes! Beat them up!" but as she spoke, her fingers twitched, like she was playing a piano, even as she giggled. "Keep it up! Let's go heroes lets go!"
Kaede Kimura Posted November 27 Posted November 27 Harlequin Harlequin flounced a bow to Spore as she thanked him for deflecting (most) of the dread cutlery. His moment of distraction cost him however, as the offending utensils turned their tender mercies upon him. He winced as the knife sliced through his shirt, the blade brushing across his tender skin as he barely dodged. The strangely masked teen drew his attention. He quite liked an enthusiastic audience, but given that this one was also actively causing things to attack his team he couldn't quite leave them to their delight. He waved up at them, capering atop the table he was upon. "<Yes we are heroes one and all, here to protect this wonderful mall!>" Harlequin paused dramatically to hold their attention while invisible magics began to worm their way over to the stranger. "<But my dear admirer it would be such a shame, for our first fan to stay far from fame, so I am compelled to ask thee...>" He looked up with a wide smile as his magics took hold. "<May I have your name?>"
Tiffany Korta Posted December 1 Posted December 1 Centuria Whilst she wasn't quite as fast as her predecessors, yet, she was still quick enough to dodge and weave through the robo-werewolves attacks. It did however come with a cat, putting her in a less than desirable position to counterattack. And though she tried to twist around to strike the beast her attack did fall short of hitting. At least others were having more success, she just needed to keep them occupied whilst they struck.
Poncho Posted December 2 Author Posted December 2 (GM Post) "Of course! I'll always support heroes! I'm the illustrious White Rabbit!" the helmet flashed a rabbit and a thumbs up. "That's right! The Amazing, Incredible.....uh...." The helmet flatlined. "The great..." It became a giant question mark. "...I don't remember!" She yelled confidently, boldly. "I have no idea what my name was supposed to be. SO whatever! Let's go heroes!" she cheered again. "Can you protect all these people and yourselves? Can you defeat these knives!? Let's target you, since you seem to be a bit of a troublemaker! Stand up straight for your soliloquy!" She clapped. The cutlery responded to her demand, sending themselves directly at Harlequin, swishing through the air like puppets on strings, focusing on stabbing motions with the plastic knives and forks- but seemingly still quite dangerous, imbued with a new force of will beyond what mere plastic would produce. "I'm gonna get soooo many points for this cool situation!" she declared.
MoonSimply Posted December 12 Posted December 12 La Puma Negra Fighting was two on one now with the werewolf as it appeared that witch may be out of commission. Still, flying cutlery was going after folk, including her own group, and that still posed one heck of a problem. So, as she struck once more, missing this time in an attempt to claw the living animatronic wolf, an idea hatched in her head. A small spark of brilliance in a sea of clouded thoughts as she soon jumped back and away in her typical acrobatic and lithe fashion, moving swiftly as she looked up at a certain bunny. Sure, she didn't mind beaten up on yet another werewolf, but this was different. Not some freaks from the Moon fighting Patriot and her, there was a whole team with her and now she was going to take the initiative to take action nice and proper. "Centuria, you think you can handle dog breath, I'm going for the rabbit!" she spoke just before leaping up as far as she could and clinging to the walls, quickly climbing up like a monster possessed. It now that she was on the hunt and she knew just where to find it too.
Supercape Posted December 12 Posted December 12 (edited) Spore "Hey, have we fallen into some alternate fairy tail universe?" said Spore, looking at her team mates for some orientation back to reality. She shook her head. "I don't know what the hell is going on, but in every nursery rhyme and fairy tale, the wolf eats peoples. So sorry Mr. Wolf, you are about to get spored!" Spore jumped and ran, agile and fast, and when within a pace or two from the wolf, skidded, and slammed her palm into his chest. The fungus in her blood oozed into the Wolf's chest and got to work digesting him! Edited December 16 by Supercape
Poncho Posted December 13 Author Posted December 13 (GM Post) The Werewolf shook off the punch with a snarl, but the teen in the bunny eared hood yelped at Puma jumping and climbing after her. "Spider! Help! Help!" she yelled. "This is your own fault." From the fourth floor someone hopped the railing, floating down gently on a webline to hang in the air above the Rabbit. "You decided to show yourself to them." They were wrapped in a semi-form-fitting suit of some sort of nanomesh of purple and white, with a spider symbol on their chest and head and glowing yellow eyes. There were parts where the suit seemed to bulge with mechanical parts, but it wasn't a battle suit, just an enhanced suit. Hanging down off the webbing, they watched Carmen as she climbed. "La Puma Negra...I'd request you stay away from her for now. I promise she meant no harm to any of you, she is just an immature child with poor impulse control." "That's rude!" came an immediate response. And even as she said that, the knives flew at Harlequin again "You've been harassing these people." The Spider responded. "And now I'm going to have to deal with La Puma Negra because of it. It's a pain." Then the ground shifted. "...What was that." "I didn't do it!" the ground rumbled again. The floor split open beneath Spore and Centuria, and a creature crawled out; her body was pale green and covered in snake like scales, but her arms and legs ended in massive furred forearms and shins, with giant claws like a cat. Her long dark hair writhed like snakes, and on her head sat a clearly Aztec crown, matching the priestess attire she was wearing. She roared, then spoke, but it was in Spanish. <"Misbehaving children! Causing harm to others! Your behavior speaks only to the shame of those above you! Mother Moonlight will cease this bickering at once! Coatlicue will punish your misbehaviour!"> she roared as she clawed the ground and took her targets into her sights. "What kind of halloween decoration is that!?" yelled The Spider. "Where did you find it!?" "I didn't! I don't know what that thing is! I'm not controlling it!" the nameless rabbit responded, clearly concerned. "It's not a statue! I think it's real!"
