Nerdzul Posted October 5 Posted October 5 Posted IC, I hope it's fine. Animist is going to try to animate the train and use it to prevent people from getting hurt. This can be represented both by his animate object power, or perhaps with his move object power that he can use at strength 65 by concentrating, both powers have feedback so if whoever has caused this damages the train I imagine they would end up hurting him as well.
Thevshi Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Lynn will zip on over and power stunt Air Control (Move Object) 12 off her superspeed array, which gives her a STR 60 for a heavy load of 50 tons (which can handle a locomotive, so should handle a monorail car) and use it to catch the falling monorail car.

Captain Thunder is a serious, no-nonsense person, especially as a hero, but his military experience would make him do his best to not endanger civilians. Ray Gardner as an exposed Superhero has also never been shy about the fact that he has no interest in resuming Superhero work; he feels his time has passed, so this man is almost certainly not Captain Thunder.
