Animist is going to try to animate the train and use it to prevent people from getting hurt. This can be represented both by his animate object power, or perhaps with his move object power that he can use at strength 65 by concentrating, both powers have feedback so if whoever has caused this damages the train I imagine they would end up hurting him as well.

Lynn will zip on over and power stunt Air Control (Move Object) 12 off her superspeed array, which gives her a STR 60 for a heavy load of 50 tons (which can handle a locomotive, so should handle a monorail car) and use it to catch the falling monorail car.

Parker will activate his Area Strength, Super Strength and Enhanced Strength + Elongation in his arrays, then use the 40 ft. radius from that to catch all the falling debris.
