Here is what the order is looking like, will start rounds when someone starts combat:

 

22 Spaceman 4 HP (unharmed)
21 Golden Star 2 HP (unharmed)
20 Gamma Buzz 1 HP (unharmed)
18 Wildflower (unharmed)

Alright, moving in, Parker spends a Standard action to use his powers to get into costume and a Move Action to fly onto the archery range, to get the woman's attention. 

Setting the Personal Space Control Array to Impervious Toughness and Immovable.

 

And any chance that Parker trying to talk instead of just attacking can trigger his Redemption Sponsor complication for a HP? :D

Hmm, I will think about it, but not sure just foregoing attacking at the outset of combat is quite being limited by the complication :D

Okay, Wildflower will fly up to try to punch Spaceman and hit with a 16. @RocketLord DC 25 toughness save please.

 

Then we are on to:

 

Round Two

Shifting Personal Space Control Array to Increase Molecular Space, keeping Space Control Array at Personal Space Manipulation, and returning the punch at: 22

That's a DC22 TOU save if it hits, and if it hits, I'd like to establish a grapple with Improved Grab, with a grapple roll at 46, holding her so the others can get to her.

Baz will move action jump up onto the wall of nearby building (jump and wall crawling)

 

Standard action: Gamma Laser Vision!

 

Has precise so should hit a defenceless person. Shifting -2 attack, +2 DC

 

16 which I am pretty sure hits a defenceless for!

@RocketLord boo, maybe I should make you use the x3 PL cap for that.

 

Anyway, Bear comes over to hit Spaceman with a -4/+4 power attack.  12 rolls are not liking me, so HP to you for a reroll 24 which with improved crit is a DC 34 toughness save for Spaceman.
