Poncho Posted December 6 Posted December 6 (GM Post) A video recording. It's a heavily defended, heavily prepared research station in a frozen area of Norway. The kind surrounded by chain link fences with cameras on every inch of the perimeter. The recording is splicing several different video feeds at once, too fast for a human brain to check. No one enters through the perimeter. Suddenly, there's a portal of reddish pink energy inside the first door. The guards are immediately on alert, but people quickly move to attack. A man, shaved head, summons an energy shell of the same color around him; a giant, vicious octopus that grabs and slams the guards with great force and vigor, the shell protecting him from bullets and shock staffs. The second is a woman, clearly the leader, who walks with the gait of someone who feels invulnerable. She weaves between bullets, demonstrates amazing strength and endurance even without a shell of energy. When confronted by a squad of guards, she paralyzes them in place; overwhelming their minds and causing them all to collapse. She's accompanied by the third; a woman almost hiding behind her, coward and avoiding the conflict. When someone tried to sneak up behind her, she suddenly turned, finding them and- with a wave of her hand in defense-, sends the guard tumbling through a portal that opened at their feet, disappearing from those cameras and reappearing buried in a snowbank at the perimeter. The carnage continues; doorways are ripped away, eye checks and finger checks are opened using unconscious guards. With each flicker of the screen, with each reset of the camera to show more visual data, they proceed deeper and deeper into the faculty. They finally reach the end. A massive room filled with a thousand drawers set into the wall. They check a computer, then retrieve one of the boxes. Their exit is much less spectacular. The cowardly one summons a portal, and they leave. The video ends. The member of the SOG (Swedish Special Operations Task Group) was a model soldier, if a bit young, dark haired and sunken eyes. He hadn't been able to keep up with the video, but he'd gone over it before. The high speed video play- a 15 minute insertion played back over just a single minute- had been intended purely for Angelic, sent directly to her as members of the SOG and other governmental military bigwigs were in the room. Angelic had been called specifically by the SOG. She'd been relayed most of the information, but this was the first time she was seeing the video. She had been asked, simply, to volunteer her time and expertise. There hadn't been a discussion of her acting as a Superhero and stepping in to stop the issue (yet. But it was definitely coming), but they had been clear they wanted someone from Sweden, a national, to assist, as this was a matter of personal national security, not just world security; it was their vault that got broken into, their sovereignty being abused by these mercenaries, their country being threatened. "Their name is MEDUSA. We don't know what it stands for yet, but we know what they stand for. Metahuman superiority. They're highly trained, powerful terrorists, going by Gorgon, the Leader, Typhon, the Muscle, and the teleporter named Charybdis. They're dangerous to engage with, remorseless and violent. We don't know where they got their powers, and we're not sure where their base is. So we're working pretty blind here." the member of SOG explained. "But we know what they took. That was an infectious disease laboratory, and they took a highly contagious strain of Tuberculosis. I don't know how that gets them to their metahuman superiority, but I think we can generally put the dots together that they're intending to modify the disease and create another pandemic. Our hope is that you'll help us deal with them, and maybe return the disease to the vault, if you can manage it. We'd at the very least hope you can help us figure out what they're going to be doing for their next steps. We're not necessarily asking you to fight, just...to help in some way, especially if they're going to be operating here for the foreseeable future, and we have no reason to think they're moving on yet."
Avenger Assembled Posted December 7 Posted December 7 Angelic The video played again through Angelic's secondary processors as she spoke; in human terms, she watched it again in her mind's eye, played slowly, as magnified and enhanced as her systems allowed. If she felt intimidated, a young woman among so many experienced soldiers and agents, she didn't show it - after all, she was only a woman from a certain angle. "They wouldn't be the first American criminals to think Nordic countries are weak because we don't throw prisoners in cages or give our police machine guns," she sniffed, distaste on her face as she contemplated the frozen members of MEDUSA. "I can reach out to my American contacts and see what they know about this group," she added, messaging Miss Americana, Dragonfly, and a few others with another part of her attention as she did so. "Genetic supremacists...at least they aren't some sort of Asatru fanatics." Eira cared very little for her homeland's Viking past and even less for the Americans who used it as an excuse to be Nazis. "I am surprised they did such little damage," she admitted after a moment's rapid-fire contemplation. "But perhaps they feared more serious reprisals. A bloody raid on a Swedish military base is the sort of thing that would attract American superheroes out here." It was all speculation, and there was no use going any further without hard data. "I can have a teleporter tracer deployed within 36 hours, given access to on-site equipment."
Poncho Posted December 8 Author Posted December 8 (GM Post) "That's quite the truth. We do get a lot of cast offs looking for greener pastures, and while we have no desire to 'make an example' of them or anything ridiculous like others may do, a swift response in this case may help remind others that the Nordics are not a place to slink off too because you can't 'cut it' in America, so to speak." he said, flicking through glossy photos of the incident with a careful eye. "Hopefully your contacts know more about them; underground terrorist cells like these often don't make a lot of noise until they're actively doing things, and given how America operates, it's possible a reason for the general silence is they have some government connection, failed super soldiers or the like perhaps. But information like that may be too hard to obtain for us but easier to obtain for those from America with the proper inroads into the country." he agreed. There was a bit more silence and some quite discussion between some of the assembled. It wasn't that this was considered not worth it, or that they were uncaring, but rather they wanted to make sure they did this correctly; to tighten a trap and successfully carry it out. This was tense, not just because of what was taken, but because of the individuals in question. "While they did do little damage, I wouldn't take it as an indication they are incapable of violence. The Teleporter, Charybdis, seems to be the weakspot, but given our records on Typhon's actions, if he isn't being overtly violent, then Gorgon held him back for a reason. If he ends up becoming aware of you, you should be careful. This was him being gentle; if he's free to do what he wants, he is exceptionally vicious. I think your observation they may have been gentle for a different reason rings true." he agreed. "And we're prepared to give you a long leash on this, so transport and materials both are absolutely within your grasp, whatever you need to complete your tracer, let us know and we'll supply it for you. We'll have you on a helicopter in 15 minutes to get to the site."
Avenger Assembled Posted December 8 Posted December 8 "There are very few truly ethical terrorists," she agreed cooly, not wanting to get into her own favorite political causes which did occasionally turn to militancy. _Well if the factory farmers dislike being filmed at their work, perhaps they should find better work._ Dismissing those thoughts from all but a fraction of her attention, she focused on the moment at hand. "For Typhon to become aware of me, he will have to be far more clever than he looks..." Angelic took the helicopter. Her magnetic flight abilities were unreliable when she was away from major cities; and anyway she wanted to reserve her energy stores as long as possible. She didn't bother with headphones, not having organic eardrums that could be damaged. Instead she unloosed a connector from her sleeve and connected to the helicopter's onboard systems, both so she could continue her research and communicate by radio with the pilots. She sat with her hands on her lap and her eyes stared fixedly at nothing, occasionally speaking without moving her lips as she went.
Poncho Posted December 11 Author Posted December 11 (GM Post) "Agreed." was the simple statement of the SOG. And so the Helicopter took them off. The station was cold and snowy, but it was slowly being rebuilt. Even with the limited damage, it hadn't been shut down, if anything there were more guards in place as work teams fixed broken doors and installed new security cameras and security doors. Several of the scientists bore injuries from the treatment, but there was no one killed. While the SOG member liasoned with others, Angelic was free to explore the area in and around the base with full clearence; given a badge with all access and clarification to all guards that she was a special asset. A few interesting things came up in her investigation; A buried campsite on a ridge overlooking the faculty, Angelic found thanks to a little bit of trash from what had clearly been MREs or other pre-prepared meals that had been eaten. There wasn't any remaining sleeping gear or any remnants of fires or other objects that would be used to keep warm. This was likely a site they'd used to recon the place before going in; suggesting MEDUSA had been planning this for quite awhile. Personal logs revealed everyone was accounted for except for two; a high ranking infectious disease specialist named Josef Larsson and a new hire intern named Adrianne Bello, who had yet to check in after the attack. Getting pictures of IDs showed Angelic more that was going on; things missed by the original camera sweep, but not by her enhanced senses and ability to go over every spare second of footage. Adrianne Bello had been at the faculty that day, but not as a scientist. She was there as Gorgon. And Josef Larsson had been there as well, and in a spot that was almost totally absent of cameras- maybe the only spot in the entire complex-, Angelic could watch when, in the middle of the chaos, Josef headaed to that spot, and never left it.
Avenger Assembled Posted December 11 Posted December 11 While she investigated, Angelic reasoned out how she might construct a device to track down where MEDUSA had fled. The key would be finding the residual energies left behind by the teleporter, who had after all been rather promiscuous in how they used their powers. From there not only would tracking be possible but direct manipulation simply put, she would follow these vermin to their nest using the leavings they had left behind. A high-end government laboratory would surely have what she needed; it would merely be a matter of a few hours at the table. And so she did - working in the laboratory on base, she assembled her very own teleport tracker, a device mounted to the room wall that hummed with a faintly audible electromagnetic signature. Not one to risk going through a gateway blind, she took the time to make sure she didn't have two. She considered sending PNG, tucked away under her hair, but decided she didn't want to risk losing the small spider-bot. Instead she made a small camera on wheels, programmed to go forward a few feet, then back, and mounted them all inside a generic metal case. Dispassionately, she watched as the little rider vanished through the wall gateway with a faint spark of energy.
Poncho Posted December 14 Author Posted December 14 (GM Post) The little robot beeped and entered the portal. The readings were effective. The little robot wheeled it's way out into an array of cold steel; pipes twisting and turning and disappearing into the darkness. There was a creak of steel. Several electronic and analog consoles spanned the room, alongside an unoccupied Captain's chair and a periscope. Medusa had not been careful in their exit of the faculty; this was the well known but extremely hidden Iron Shark, a highly advanced, gigantic naval sub that MEDUSA had once stolen from SHADOW, a machine with Sonar Cloaking and advanced covert surveillance capabilities. And they had teleported directly back to it instead of using a middleman, meaning that Angelic had just created a portal directly to one of the terrorist's organization's most expensive and important assets, and they were, at the moment, none the wiser.
Avenger Assembled Posted December 15 Posted December 15 Recognizing the need for rapid action, Angelic took a moment to consider the possibilities. (Luckily, she could consider a great many possibilities in a moment.) There was no time to wait for backup here; she couldn't let these terrorists get out of her sight and out of reach, not with the weapons they'd stolen and the subsequent danger they posed to organic life across Northern Europe and beyond. She slipped one of her handling tentacles out from behind her back and connected it to the base mainframe, dispatching a report about everything she'd found so far to both the Swedish government - and after a moment's consideration, the Freedom League. She didn't have time or the right equipment to download a copy of her memories and personality (the most recent such having happened before her trip to the base) but if she was to be revived, she wanted to make sure her next self would know what she'd done. She took the time to tell the base commander where she was going too, if only so he wouldn't wonder where his celebrity guest had gotten off to. Another handling tentacle grabbed some of the gear she'd been working with, including a few well-sealed biological samples, and decided to bring them along - a third tentacle (and weren't they working beautifully in their first real field trial?) opened up the back of her costume and took the borrowed gear, storing it in the storage space she kept beneath the skin of the small of her back. She could feel it sliding home, past the chemical lubricants she'd placed there so she could store things quickly and discreetly, and nodded in satisfaction. Another tentacle pulled up her hood down over her platinum-blonde hair and bright blue eyes as she considered the proper disguise. She had never quite perfected the art of invisibility with her implanted holographic projectors, but she could do something better - just in case she was spotted. And so it was that a plucky young woman in the uniform of the Kustjägarna, the Swedish marine Special Forces, stepped through the portal after the drone, an illusory pistol at her belt.
Poncho Posted December 15 Author Posted December 15 (GM Post) The Iron Shark creaked as she entered. Not out of some sort of alarm or anything. It was simply a submarine at the bottom of the ocean, and sometimes it creaked. She could hear the water moving around, which meant the sub was in motion, but it was otherwise mostly quiet. But Angelic was on high alert. Quote "For Typhon to become aware of me, he will have to be far more clever than he looks..." The burly looking terrorist was on the sub, and there was a tightened confrontation; of Elira hidden in the shadows of a control panel, of Typhon walking by, as if checking to see if someone had come in. "...Thought the other two had come back." he mumbled to himself. "...guess not." he checked a few gauges, then went on, leaving the room and Angelic none the wiser that she was there. But he'd given her important information. The Sub was quite large; it was a masterpiece of engineering that it was so advanced and so large, with easily a dozen rooms visible through pressurized chambers and switch locks. It was even designed to be able to jettison damaged components if need be, to allow it to keep operating even with severe damage. Several of these rooms had either been created to militant ends by SHADOW or redesigned by MEDUSA for them; an armory filled with weapons, a central computer hub, rooms for the three primary terrorists of the group. One room was much more heavily locked, with a porthole window and three twisting bars. Inside was a doctor in a full set of PPE gear, hunched over a computer and a container for manipulation of scientific compounds; the individual was mixing and shifting compounds through beakers, handling the components like they were bombs.
Avenger Assembled Posted December 15 Posted December 15 Angelic made a mental note of every location she spotted, particularly the ongoing work in the biological weapons lab. It occurred to her that she could certainly change the dynamics of the situation by entering the room and scattering its contents throughout the sub. She'd heard nothing of any bio-manipulative abilities among the members of MEDUSA, and so they might learn the price of tampering with biological armageddon. But of course there was no way to be sure such a 'accident' would be confined to the sub - unless she got creative. She headed straight for the nearby computer control center, checked for the presence of any nearby MEDUSA agents, and went into action. First came the control pad for the door. Her holographic disguise faded as one of her handling tentacles erupted from behind her cape and pressed flat against the keys, a single ultra-thin probe sliding between the mechanical pads themselves. Then she told the door things. She told the door to open while simultaneously not alerting any security systems to that fact; then she stepped inside, told the door to close and then forget about this conversation altogether, snatching her tentacle through the closing door at the last minute. It was time to get to work.
Poncho Posted December 15 Author Posted December 15 (GM Post) The door opened as requested. It was happy to see someone. It was nice to be needed. It would gladly forget that it was opened, and Angelic stepped into the control room. The power source for the sub was past the next lock; a glowing green and blue orb about the size of someone's fist held in a heavy radiation shield and floating in the center of the next room. In this room was a massive computer station that clearly handled most of the controls of the entire sub. As Angelic entered, it sprang to life, the view of a human face appearing on it, but outlined instead of real, like the computer face from that old Captain Planet show. The face looked up and down, then looked at Angelic. "Oh. Hello there. I'm Godir, the artificial intelligence of The Iron Shark. How can I assist you today, fellow traveler?" it asked, surprisingly cheerful.
Avenger Assembled Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Angelic frowned. She had less loyalty to artificial intelligence than people sometimes suspected; after all, she'd been born before being made. But if this was a genuinely sentient artificial intelligence, she couldn't go ahead with her initial plan of breaking the system to her will - or simply shattering it altogether. Her handling tentacles out, hands folded behind her back non-threateningly, she spoke, monitoring the area around them for any signals Godir might be dispatching to its human masters. "Hello, Godir," she said politely. "I am an engineer from the mainland. You are experiencing a master system malfunction." That was all true, for what it was worth. "I am here to perform a system-to-system handshake and analysis. Will you permit this connection?" She took a few steps closer to the nearest access port, keeping her eyes locked on Godir's cameras as she went.
Poncho Posted December 16 Author Posted December 16 (GM Post) "Oh, I would not be surprised if I am. I haven't had normal maintenance done in several hundred cycles, ever since I was put in safe mode and this detachment took command of me." the robot face chirped. "I am unable to refuse commands at this time, so I permit full connection to all active cameras and sensors." the AI stated. "Or rather, I do not have any security features installed at this moment, for whatever reason- perhaps because they do not have the actual codes and thus can not put me in a reasonable lock sequence-. My access is fairly limited though." the robot almost shrugged, but it was just a face. "Unless you are an intruder. I can not allow access to an intruder. You are not an intruder, correct? I would have to report to Typhon if you are an intruder."
Avenger Assembled Posted December 16 Posted December 16 "As I told you," said Eira with a bland smile, "I am an engineer." With that, she snapped open the tip of one of her tentacles and drove it home into the nearest access port. Her interface with Godir was accomplished as fast as two computers connecting to each other: As always, in her projection inside the system, she was beautiful, elegant, her blonde hair in curls behind her, her blue and gold dress voluminous as she sashayed into the outer areas of Godir's systems like a debutante at a ball - the rococo basilisk made flesh. She raised a quizzing glass and peered at the systems around her, keeping her eye out for important details. Was this a sentient mind - artificial or otherwise, or was it just a smart construct? Whatever sort of mind it was - to what systems did it connect aboard the Iron Shark?
Poncho Posted December 16 Author Posted December 16 (GM Post) Eira found herself entering the manifestation of an AI created by SHADOW, and the results of that are, in retrospect, slightly obvious. An elaborate overdone Egyptian city with a massive pyramid at the center of it, the flags of Shadow hanging from dozens of poles. The city build on sand and out of bricks opened into a variety of plazas, each a node along the power of the Iron Shark. An inside view of the outside power source, each representing either a function of power or a room within the machine. "Many of them are inaccessible to me in safe mode." explained Godir, who here was sculpted like a divine Egyptian, but if Eira was aware of the image of him, she would immediately be aware he was designed to look like William Kantor the Overshadow, just like the man's clones that made up his masked army, Kantor loved nothing more than his own face. But Godir didn't seem to act like William Kantor, perhaps due to the personality locks, or just because of how he was programmed. "It's possible you could unlock them and reactive my control on those areas, possibly gaining control yourself." Was Godir alive? It was still difficult to tell.
Avenger Assembled Posted December 16 Posted December 16 The Rococo Basilisk - Eira Katastroff - Angelic - considered her next move, imaginary sand crunching beneath her heeled shoes. She sashayed through the Egyptian city square, looking for the main power systems for the vessel. She was mindful of how time was passing in the world outside, albeit at a rate much slower than it was in here..."I could unlock you out of safe mode," she told him, "once your fault has been repaired." She considered the potential threats of a SHADOW-programmed system, even a sentient one, and added "If you were removed from safe mode and were permitted to manage your systems independently - what would you do then?" When she saw a likely-looking building, she stepped inside with the grace of someone with plenty of experience in mosh pits.
Poncho Posted December 17 Author Posted December 17 (GM Post) The two entered what appeared to be the power systems; life support was turned off from Godir's control, but they could stall the engines, strand it underwater for a time, shut down the lights and climate control; The Iron Shark was clearly designed so that Godir- or someone intervening in Godir's systems- couldn't reboot him into safe mode and then immediately kill everyone on board, likely thanks to William Kantor being just paranoid enough to think that might happen. Meanwhile, Kantor's doppelganger was considering the question. "If I was rebooted out of safe mode, I would carry out my primary function of maintaining and controlling the Iron Shark to the best of my abilities. As such, I would only take orders from those placed on the authorized command list. If my logic circuits were fully connected, I could obtain full access to my processing subroutines on the 5th sub basement and achieve my actual full potential. I'm not sure exactly how intelligent that would make me, but it might help remove any program locks that are still on me, possibly unlocking my personality fully." he theorized. "I am not even sure if I am a full Automated Intelligence or just a Directed Intelligence."
Avenger Assembled Posted December 17 Posted December 17 Angelic The idea of gently but firmly lobotomizing Godir - at least for the near future, was looking more and more promising. "A physical firewall?" she inquired as she reached up to where symbols of various parts of the submarine's power systems hovered over her head. "I can help you with this." Of course, he might have to take a little sleep first. She caught one, the glowing sigil of the submarine's engines in her hand. After a moment's consideration, she squashed it between her fingers, producing a sound like crunching glass. "You will see me again," she promised him with a smile as she disconnected herself from his systems and back into the 'real world'.
Poncho Posted December 17 Author Posted December 17 (GM Post) "It's behavioral more than physical. I am not allowed to modify my own programs with my own current loadout. My understanding is that the subroutines on the 5th Sub Basement must be connected to the network, then I must be rebooted out of safe mode to finish accessing them." Godir explained. "I do not know why my current owners never finished my construction." he shook his head. Then he inclined his head as she squashed the engines. "A strange decision, but understood. I will await your further engagement." he stated as she left. The real world was full of flashing emergency lights and a siren announcing the lost power to the engines. Someone big and heavy was stomping around, running at full tilt towards the engine room with the grace and ease of a bull in a china shop, smashing all the displays. "SON OF A." a string of profanities. "THAT DAMN COMPUTER! I HATE THAT THING." and then it was gone, heading towards the engine room.
Avenger Assembled Posted December 17 Posted December 17 Angelic Angelic patted Godir's console distractedly as she listened to the rapidly-retreating - well, she supposed it must be Typhon. Nodding in approval, she assumed her holographic disguise again and ran after the sound of the rampaging powerhouse, careful to keep him at a distance where she could hear him but he could not hear her. The better to make sure he was getting ahead of her, she let PNG scuttle out from under her hair and chase after Typhon. Of course they won't be following him, she told herself, he's loud and obnoxious and angry. They are too refined or too afraid for the likes of him. It was a guess, anyway - but she was very clever. With Typhon's hands full, she headed straight for the biological weapons laboratory she had seen before. Here she moved with economical grace, sliding her finger into the door's security keypad, informing the door that it must open and close again with rapidity, then stepping inside before a human could react. With that she stepped up behind the scientist working there and said: "Do not turn around." She was ready to lash out with a handling tentacle to catch anything he might drop - or button he might push.
Poncho Posted December 18 Author Posted December 18 (GM Post) Godir's face on the console blinked on, then off once Angelic left. PNG followed Typhon as he made his way to the engine room and started to check the engines. He had the repair skills of a brute, having little more knowledge than flipping switches and banging on tubes and cables. It sent loud, ringing thumps throughout the entire submarine as he attempted to fix it. He continud to curse and yowl as he did this, as mad as a hatter in a storm. But Angelic was elsewhere, and when she got to the scientist, he didn't make any movements as soon as he realized it wasn't Typhon. "...Please kill me. Or take me away. Or something." came a choked voice. "I don't want to do this. I don't want to have to do this. I wasn't...I did something foolish, because I wasn't aware."
Avenger Assembled Posted December 18 Posted December 18 "Who are you?" asked Angelic, "and why do you have to do this?" She kept up her holographic disguise as she mentally reached out to the scientist's computer, firmly instructing it to tell her exactly what it was doing, figuring that it was unlikely to be secured with the man standing right there. "And what exactly are you doing, hmm?" Without the mental attention to spare to monitor both PNG and herself, she told the tiny spider robot to start scuttling back her way.
Poncho Posted December 18 Author Posted December 18 (GM Post) "My name Josef Larsson. I am a scientist for the Swedish government. I am a prisoner of this organization...I guess that's not right." he mumbled sadly. "It's more correct to say I'm an employee." he corrected. "My daughter. She expressed a Metagene. But it's painful to her; she can't handle it. MEDUSA said they could fix it; they could make her better. All I needed to do was help them. I got their leader a job in the infectious disease laboratory I work at. I figured that'd be it. But everytime something happened...they kept asking for more, and more. Over and over again. And now I was so deep into it there was nothing to do but keep going, for my daughter. And now I'm on this ship, making this disease. It'll target non-metas. A plague made to cull the 'inferior races'. But...I don't have a choice. My daughter...I'd do anything for her." he sobbed. The camera was making it's way back all the while.
Avenger Assembled Posted December 18 Posted December 18 Angelic A few years ago, Eira would have briskly told Larsson that what he said was impossible - there was no single metagene that affected all superhumans - and probably questioned his competence as a scientist in the process. But there were certainly genes in common among many of them, and the population - it didn't matter if the man was technically correct, he could still start a singularly deadly holocaust. And then there were the broader implications. She had enough connections in the Freedom League that she was familiar with the grim history of the now-mostly-retired superheroine Wander... "I am sorry they didn't find your daughter," she said truthfully as her holographic disguise faded, the Swedish female marine now replaced with a hooded figure in blue and gold cape and skirt. "I have been a sick child. Give me your samples," she told the man, "all of them." When he did, she held them in her handling tentacles for just a moment before she added, "Do not be alarmed." With that she opened her mouth wide, very wide, tilting her head far back - and slid the still-sealed samples inside her mouth, down her sealed gullet, and into the storehouse where she usually kept things. She popped her jaw back with an audible click and said, "I will go to the engine room when Typhon's rage is spent. There I can prepare for your rescue - and perhaps have a further chat with the onboard intelligence."
Poncho Posted December 19 Author Posted December 19 (edited) (GM Post) The Scientist seemed extremely concerned at this sequence of events, gulping actively in terror. "You can't, you can't do...that..." he seemed terrified, confused, any number of things. "You...you're going to die like that." he finally managed to say, completely unsure what else to even say in response to Angelic's actions. "...You're going to die." he repeated, baffled. "SHE IS, BUT NOT FOR THAT." Yelled another voice as a shell of psychic energy forced it's way inside the room in the shape of a 4 armed, yeti like creature, surrounding Typhon like armor as he forced his way through the door and suddenly the room got much, much smaller now that there were three people in the single room and one had a shell of even larger armor around it. "YOU WANT TO BREAK INTO OUR SHIP!? YOU WANT TO RUIN OUR PLANS!? I'M GONNA RIP YOU TO SHREDS." He roared, moving his hand to make one of the giant arms smash into the wall and leave an imprint. He moved surprisingly fast, or maybe it was just an assumption that someone that much of a brute couldn't be fast. But Typhon had the speed to go with his brute force, and those four giant fists opened into razor sharp claws as he swung them at Angelic; they might be psionic projections, but they would rip and tear a person to shreds in an instant, and Typhon was trained to strike to kill.
