Iris gets a HP for the fiat to prevent her connecting with Lynn's mind (up to 2HP now).

And the girls are no longer in Kansas

Just to clarify options following Draco's post, there are more options than just "right" or "left"

 

Right now the girls are in a hallway, to one side is a wall on which there are a couple of elevators (we will call it "east" for purposes of the mental map).

 

The hallway goes "north" and then turns to the right ("east") to continue.

 

To the "west" is another wall, along it, a little way to the "north" is a large open doorway. There are also a couple of doors along that wall (both "north" and "south" of where the girls presently are).

 

The hallway also goes "south" and then turns left (which again is to the "east")

No, it just appears to be a normal hallway inside a building, does not appear to be a maze.

Well, that is good

 

First off, Carmen does not pick up anything by smell, she cannot even pick up a scent from Mattie or Iris.

 

As for sounds, she is able to pick up more of what is going on in the distance. She hears what sounds like struggling and panicked voices yelling about trying to stop someone. She also hears what sounds very much like Velocity telling someone to run. She is not quite certain where the noises are coming from other than down the hall from them. (by the way, I see some error on your character sheet, you spent some PP for acute hearing, but hearing has acute by default, so you might want to pick up something else (maybe Accurate, to help you target things by hearing)).

 

But she also hears something else much closer. She hears what sounds like a young girl talking quietly from what sounds like the area beyond open doorway to the left when looking down the hallway towards the general direction of the commotion (across from the elevators). She is quietly saying "they are too strong, the emotions are too strong" over and over.

Also is that figure similar to the one Iris and the rest saw during the Fiji dimensional mayhem?

@Dracostern You can make a KN: Current Events check (but it will be capped at 15 for the result as you don't have ranks in the skill).

 

No, the entity you all saw in that pocket dimension was in a black tattered robe that covered every part of it.

@Dracostern Iris believes she remembers hearing something about a villain calling himself the White Rabbit operating in Emerald City when she and Daniel were still living there.

 

@RocketLord Mattie knows there is a supervillain calling himself the White Rabbit that leads a group known as the Looking Glass Gang, which used to operate in Emerald City. And that Lynn, Jack, Sarah and Michael ran into some members of the Looking Glass Gang back in November during a fieldtrip with some students from the Nicholson School. (and that attack misses )

Y'know what? I'm gonna spend a HP to reroll that punch with the power of FRIENDSHIP: 10+8 makes it a 28 due to the reroll and that better hit!

Okay, with Carmen not making an attack, @RocketLord that would hit, if there was a physical form to hit  Also, Mattie must make a DC 25 toughness save against its aura damage.

 

Now an IC post, and will see what the reactions are next.....
