Dr Archeville Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 If you've not already done so, please submit an entry for this adventure for the timeline. :)
Moira Morley Posted March 21, 2009 Posted March 21, 2009 I haven't forgot about this thread, I'll be on it as soon as I get back tomorrow :)
Moira Morley Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 (00:00:39) Moira: by the way, are we cool with "space has different time than earth"? (00:02:06) ShaenTheBrain: Yeah. You guys have a couple days of Earth-Time wiggle-room. If you wanna be Out In The Black longer, just explain it away with some pseudo-science about relativity and faster-than-light travel, and we'll all be fine. :D
Dr Archeville Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 According to the Timeline, A Little Jaunt starts on Feb 2nd. But Low Places, an adventure both of your characters will be in, starts on Feb 4th. So, if you want your Little Jaunt to last more than two days, that's fine, we can just handwave "quantum anomalies of that one wormhole we skimmed" or something.
Cyroa Posted March 23, 2009 Author Posted March 23, 2009 Ah! No problem. Skimming a black hole or quatum singularity or some other Trekie oddity works. Though the plot bit should wrap withing 2 days. So, barring a lot of RP side trips on the way home , it shouldn't be a problem.
Moira Morley Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 So, barring a lot of RP side trips on the way home This was partly the reason for the thread in the first place :P
Cyroa Posted March 23, 2009 Author Posted March 23, 2009 Heh Picky picky. It isn't like they can't take a few short side trips either way. Longer ones will be harder to pull off of course. (and still waiting for that IC post...)
Cyroa Posted June 15, 2009 Author Posted June 15, 2009 Honestly not sure. Moira has returned...but don't know if she want to finish it.
MBCE Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Honestly not sure. Moira has returned...but don't know if she want to finish it. I'll lock it up for now. If you guys want to return to it, drop a Ref a PM and we can reopen it.
Cyroa Posted July 12, 2009 Author Posted July 12, 2009 fyi, yes I know you can't normally speak in space. but 1) neither needs to breathe and 2) this is a comic. Go with it! :)
Cyroa Posted July 23, 2009 Author Posted July 23, 2009 No. Very different design. And, despite being at a large distance, it is likely significantly bigger.
