Master_Pelle
Because you made a critical hit, I must make check against DC of 22 (15+2+5=22)! But somehow I got a very lucky roll to or else Death Eye will get a serious damage. http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1414135 Now it is Death Eye turn to attack but he got 10 on roll so that he missed him. http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1414152 Link to comment

Heridfel
Just barely missed the attack (16). I was definitely trying to knock you down there, not hit you. And yeah, I tend to forget that damage saves are DC 15+, not 10+. Looks like one 20 got another, though. Link to comment

Heridfel
I also missed on my first shot, and because I'm tired of this "miss, miss", I spent a hero point to re-roll the attack. This one ended up as a 21 (5+10, +6 for my attack), which should hit. Whether you get bruised or not is probably another story. That's when we seem to roll the best. Link to comment

Master_Pelle
Ok made the toughness save and this time I got another 20... http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1418032 But now Death Eye started get tired with fist fighting so that he pulled out his Heavy Pistol as free action (he have Quick Draw feat) and shooting at Kevin's legs. http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1418046 I think that this attack hits and Kevin only need to make DC of 15 because he used Accurate Attack. Heridfel
Kevin just barely missed a bruise on that shot, with a Toughness save of 15. Death Eye still hit, so Defensive Roll turned a bad shot into something that was less deadly. Kevin is using extra effort here to get an alternate power of his main ability. Here's the information on it: Fatigue 6 (Alternate Save: Will +0, Subtle, 13 pp) (Descriptor: Chi; can only be detected by mystical or chi effects) Super Senses: Detect (Life) (Ranged, Rapid, Acute, Analytical, Penetrates Concealment; Drawback: Noticeable (eyes glow green when in use), 8 pp) (Descriptor: Chi, mental sense, perceived as visual) He succeeded at touching Death Eye, so there's a DC 16 Will save to avoid/reduce the effects of the fatigue. He himself will be fatigued at the end of the round. If Death Eye is only fatigued or evades the effect altogether (the determination of which should be obvious through his Super Sense), he'll spend the hero point in order to remove his own fatigue. Master_Pelle
http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1420409 Ok he suffers exhaustion condition but I spend "Hero" Point to moved to Fatigue condition. Now he make Power Attack (DMG +2, Hit -2) against his assassination target and he got 9 on rolls. He should hit his target because his target consider as helpless unless his target wake up or Kevin use Interpose. http://invisiblecastle.com/find.py?id=1422166 Link to comment

Heridfel
I can't Interpose myself with the gangster because I'm not adjacent to him. Earlier, I had charged Death Eye, and I think we're not close enough to him. I succeeded on touching Death Eye once again, so there's another DC 16 Will save. If he isn't unconscious from this, Kevin will use extra effort and surge for another standard action after his attack, so Death Eye won't get another action before Kevin goes again. Link to comment
