MBCE Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 Seems pretty harmless whats the concern? Basically there is no need for it. Extra effort's 2 rank improvement is more than enough. With trade off rules of +/-3 in place and extra effort, you can get your damage up to +5 over PL. Add on feats and you can go even higher.
