Avenger Assembled Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 This is the OOC thread for Scarab and Wesley's encounter with...something. "Raven's" Init I need a Notice check from any superheroes on the scene. (and Initiative checks) Scarab, have an HP for the supervillan threatening your ancestral stomping grounds. As it were.
N/A Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 The Scarab will Take 10 on her Notice check, getting 30. Initiative: 5.
Avenger Assembled Posted May 23, 2009 Author Posted May 23, 2009 That is definitely the costume of the Silver Age Raven, or an exact duplicate. But that's not the original superhero under that costume...that's Rant. I leave it up to you guys to decide
Avenger Assembled Posted May 24, 2009 Author Posted May 24, 2009 Initiative This is holding its action. Scarab, you're up.
Avenger Assembled Posted May 29, 2009 Author Posted May 29, 2009 We'll give Shaen a little longer yet.
alderwitch Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Phantom's notice is not so hot tonight, she was distracted by the 50 ft super hero. Initiave.
Avenger Assembled Posted May 30, 2009 Author Posted May 30, 2009 Sounds good. What does Phantom actually do/what is she doing when all this happens? :)
alderwitch Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Walking home I posted for her. If I need to change it lemme know.
Avenger Assembled Posted May 30, 2009 Author Posted May 30, 2009 Wesley, I need a DC 29 TOU save and an opposed Grapple check. Phantom, have an HP for Magpie's unsuccessful surge. Darn insubstantials. She'll get you next time. ;)
Sandman XI Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 Toughness (1d20+11=24) Spending an HP my turn to not be stunned
Sandman XI Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 to hit 'The Raven' (1d20+8=20) DC24 Fort save. Emotion Control (calm)
Avenger Assembled Posted May 30, 2009 Author Posted May 30, 2009 Have 2 HP, Phantom, and make a DC 21 Fort save. , Wesley, make a Flight power check vs. 24.
Sandman XI Posted May 30, 2009 Posted May 30, 2009 , Wesley, make a Flight power check vs. 24.He wont be able to make it even with a 20.
Avenger Assembled Posted May 30, 2009 Author Posted May 30, 2009 No, but you can try the check and see how far you go. Better to lose by a little than lose by a lot! When a fifty-foot guy throws you, you know you've been thrown.
Avenger Assembled Posted June 1, 2009 Author Posted June 1, 2009 Wesley, you are...1600 feet up, nearly at the top of the Plaza. Good thing your Flight effect is still active! :D
alderwitch Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 To hit with dimensional portal. 1d20+4=7 Lowsy roll. I'll use one of those HP to reroll that. 1d20+4=11 (so, 21) That's a bit better.
Avenger Assembled Posted June 2, 2009 Author Posted June 2, 2009 Note that I am not dropping a chest-burster on you, so don't panic. But make a Will save nonetheless.
