Avenger Assembled Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 Hi all, We don't have any restrictions on things like high level Enviromental Control, do we? i.e. a character with Cold Control 18 [who could potentially freeze not only Freedom City, but the entire Atlantic coast of the United States] could fit in OK as long as they didn't actually go about freezing the continent? (Potentially, that could even make for an interesting story seed!)
Dr Archeville Posted July 11, 2009 Posted July 11, 2009 Never speak of that movie! Lady Liberty's Light Control 11 means she can bring daylight to a 2-mile radius area. Dr. Stratos's Weather Control 13 can cover a 10-mile radius. I see no problem with it.
