The second attack there is a miss so if you HP you'll have a clean sweep if not you only get the first guy down.

Confirmed in chat that he burns the HP, 5 mobsters are down for the count.

So the Five enfourcers around james will try and continue hustling him away.

The remaining 10 will open up on jack wit their semi-automatics and not be able to pierce his impervious

The brute will try and lay the smack down on Jack once more. Attack roll (1d20+8=25) success DC 27 toughness save.

The mobsters carrying Silencer make all speed towards the parking area dragging the injured vigilante as they go.

Toughness save from AA then Hellion will be up.

Avenger contemptously ignores Hellion's hellfire, since it's not a magical effect and he has 8 Impervious. ;)

Isn't Hellfire a source of Infernal damage? And as such would it not be considered a magical source of damage since Infernal is listed as a subtype of Magic

...

I didn't know Infernal counted as maigc. as it's straight from hell for this char, it didn't seem like it.

Technically AA quoted wrong. ;) It wasn't hellfire. it was just regular fire ;)

Hmm I'll check on it it seems like Hellions powers would still be a sub-category of Magic which Avengers impervious is flawed not to include but that seems like it might have ramifacations beyond what I want to make the call on.

Toughness save (1d20+12=22) Forgot the earlier Bruise so that makes it a 21 and two bruises on the brute.

Initiative Round the third

22 Angel - 1HP - Uninjured

22 Avenger - 0HP - Bruised x1

13 Enforcers - 11 remain (5 were until recently escourting Hellion)

12 Brute - Bruised x2

11 Mobsters - 3 remain 1 is bruised (fleeing the scene with the injured Silencer)

10 Hellion - 2HP - Uninjured

2 Phantom - 0HP - Uninjured

OK Doc has spoken Infernal is a type of magic so it will effect Avenger. DC 16 reflex and DC 21 or 18 Toughness saves needed for the burning.

Ok his fire control however is Fire descriptor not infernal so all is good carry on.

Angel is up.

Avenger is out of HP burned the last one on your last toughness check.

The remaining enfourcers fire one more useless salvo through Phantom and retreat to help the mobsters trying to get Silencer out of there.

The Brute Tries to Grapple Avenger again. Attack for grapple (1d20+8=16) But misses.

Two mobsters holding Silencer continue to try and move towards the parking lot. Mobster who fell down tries to grapple angel. Attack roll for grapple (1d20+8=23)I believe thats a hit.

Grapple Check (1d20+11=13) Grapple fail she should get free no problem.

Hellion is up.

Reflex followed by toughness (1d20+3=8, 1d20+6=10, 1d20+3=7, 1d20+6=18, 1d20+3=20, 1d20+6=12, 1d20+3=15, 1d20+6=12, 1d20+3=11, 1d20+6=9, 1d20+3=8, 1d20+6=18) All but 2 of the enforcers drop.

Take an HP for not effecting the mobster wrasling Angel.

Ace takes ten to hit the thug the DC 25 power attack

Toughness save (1d20+8=9) failure

Phantom is up.
