Marko Miles - Gather Information

DC 10: Marko Miles is a young adult who studies at college and has a part-time job.

DC 15: Marko is twenty years old and studies Engineering at Hanover Institute of Technology. He currently works at Stan's Super Heroes.

DC 20: Marko is at College on Monday, Friday, and Saturday. He works on Tuesday and Thursday.

DC 25: Marko seems to frequently vanish, especially on his 'off' days (Wednesday and Sunday), as if he's living some sort of double life.

 

The Blur - Gather Information

DC 10: The Blur is a man in a yellow and black costume not unlike a superhero, seen on posters throughout Freedom City. He probably doesn't exist.

DC 15: The Blur is not a myth but a superhero who can run and fight at incredibly fast speeds.

DC 20: The Blur's top speed is 400,000 MPH, a full-on assault from him is stronger than automatic weapon fire, and he is practically impossible to hit for an ordinary person.

DC 25: The Blur's more exotic powers include regenerating minor wounds in a moment and launching blasts of air at foes.

Gather Information (Bloodline)

DC 15: There's a weird guy who has appeared in the city a while ago in a flash of strange lights.

DC 25: His name is apparently Bloodline.

 

Knowledge (Arcane Lore)

DC 15: Bloodline appears to be a vampire.

DC 20: His abilities don't quite match any currently known type of vampire, as his powers are noticeably weaker and seemingly not supernatural in nature.

 

Knowledge (Technology)

DC 10: Bloodline is carrying around a large, futuristic blaster of unknown function.

DC 20: Considering how advanced the weapon is, it is either the creation of a super-genius or a more technologically advanced society.

DC 25: Despite how advanced the weapon appears to be, it is actually of questionable design. While no doubt at the cutting edge of technology, it's material and construction have several aspects that indicate it was created under less-than-ideal conditions and with limited ressources.

Gather Information

DC10: Several Freedom City radio stations, ranging in genre from Rock and Ska to Dance and Dubstep, seem to keep playing songs by a person or group called Crescendo. Every few hours, Crescendo seems to pop up on one station or another.

DC15: Crescendo is a Freedom City-based independent composer, who seems to dabble in several different genres of music.

DC20: In addition to being a composer, Crescendo is also a hero, said to be garbed in black-and-white and carry around a large weapon, shaped like a musical note.

DC25: Crescendo is said to leave a very unique calling card: a small thumb drive containing one of his songs.

 

Knowledge (Popular Culture)

DC10: Some sort of musician known as Crescendo has been all over the radio, their songs played on almost every music station in Freedom City

DC15: Disk jockeys of several different radio stations say that Crescendo is a hero in addition to a musician, though many have never actually seen them.

DC20: A few of the more knowledgeable DJ's say that Crescendo's music comes from several anonymous sources, who claim to have received the songs after being rescued by Crescendo.

DC 15: Caradoc is a "techno-knight" who flies using a dragonshead jetpack, wields a glowing mystic blade, and wears a suit of glowing silver armor. His secret ID is unknown 

DC 20: Caradoc has been active in Freedom City alongside a wide variety of heroes, but much of the work he does is in the suburbs and small towns outside the city proper. 

DC 25: Caradoc is the secret ID of another hero altogether - one who prefers to keep his ID a secret 

DC 30: Caradoc is Harrier.

DC 25: By the scarlet shades of Sirrion, that's entropic energy drawn from the bowels of the Terminus itself!

DC 15: Caradoc is not a very convincing knight - he sounds like someone trying to parrot popular fiction about how medieval people talked. 

DC 20: The sparingly few hints he drops about coming from "Techno-Camelot" sound pretty fishy, frankly.

DC 10: Thoughtspeed is a younger hero who's been popping up a lot in Freedom City of late

DC 15: He seems to be a speedster hero, though he's displayed other powers that have to do with green light.

DC 20: His non-speed powers seem to be telekinetic or mental in nature, often manifesting as green weaponry he seems to summon with his mind. 

 

Knowledge (Pop Culture)

DC 15: I think this Thoughtspeed guy has been on Supercrime!.

DC 20: You know, the hosts of that are a married couple. One of them's a speedster and one has wacky mind powers...

DC 25: There used to be a little boy who showed up a few times on Supercrime!. He looked an awful lot like the hosts...

DC 30: Richard and Paige Cline do indeed have 2 children, one of them a boy with super-speed powers.

 

 

William Cline

DC 20: William Cline attends Claremont Academy.

DC 25: William Cline is the son of Richard and Paige Cline.

DC 35: Paige Cline use to be Paige Psion, and is the "black sheep" of the Psion Family's first generation of children. She is also the only surviving member of said generation. This means that William Cline is, in fact, the grandson of the late Professor Psion. (Requires success at DC 20 History check to recall Paige's villainous past.)

 

Knowledge (History)

DC 15: Richard and Paige Cline used to be themed supervillains.

DC 20: Richard was Tempus Fugit, while Paige retained the name Hologram. Richard is, of course, a time-warping speedster, while Paige is a psychic of no small amount of power.

DC 10: Terrifica is a martial artist hero who periodically appears in Freedom City. She does not appear to be a resident, or to have any powers.
DC 15: She has been seen riding in from the north, indicating she's from New York or Boston. Her Knowledge appears to be vast and her investigative skills almost without peer.
DC 20: Using her knowledge and investigative talents, she has become one of Boston's premier heroes in a very short stretch of time. Her periodic appearances in Freedom City have the local crime bosses concerned.
DC 25: She appears to be not just a genius, but a superpowered one at that. She appears to be able to do just about anything with a little time to think.
 

 

Samantha Carson

 

Gather Information

DC 10: Samantha Carson is a physics professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is of mixed East Asian and Caucasian decent.

DC 15: She is married to Stan Gresham. They have two children. The oldest is named Lucas, and the youngest is named Meili. 

DC 20: She is a Chinese expatriate on her mother's side, and the ostracized black sheep of the old money Carson family. The circumstances of her arrival in the US are unknown.

DC 20: Rachel has written a number of independent pieces on city and national politics. Those are the pieces she lists by name on her resume.
Rachel is the sister of Nathaniel Colletta, a nurse as Providence Asylum.
DC 25: Both Rachel and Nathaniel have bouts of powerful amnesia in their past.

DC 15: Maelstrom is a psychic hero in Freedom City!
Maelstrom doesn’t hit you with mind-whammies. Instead, she picks things up (with her mind) and throws them.
DC 20: Maelstrom is strong. There’s a picture of her lifting a freighter ship and holding it out of the water!
DC 25: There’s a story that Maelstrom blacked out when hit by an EMp attack.
DC 30: The supercriminal Black Hatter insists that he hacked Maelstrom’s brain during one fight.

DC10: Just doing a Google search will get you Valerie's identity as a chart-topping rock star and prime time reality crime fighting action star, as well as extensive information about her professional life and works, and her upcoming concert and album release schedules.
DC15: You can get detailed information, including times and locations, for various events like meet-and-greets, autograph signings, charity drives, and more.
DC20: You can find out details about private events Valerie has planned. Recording sessions, private parties, shopping trips, vacations.
DC25: You can get detailed travel plans and scheduling arrangements. You know exactly when Valerie is leaving for and arriving at any venue, and by what route. You know what hotel she's staying at, for how long, what sort of security there will be, and more.

DC 15: Starshot is a legendary big game hunter.

DC 20: Starshot used to work for the Zaul Zeno and now pilots Zaul Zeno’s old spaceship, the Xeno.

DC 25: Starshot makes a living by hunting down dangerous animals or criminals for the Lor, or taking wealth Galactic socialites on “Safari Expeditionsâ€. He is human.

DC 30: Starshot’s hand, gun, and helmet all have A.I, although they are not very advanced. In other words, they have a reputation for being stupid.

 

Oskar Otto

 

Knowledge (History)

DC 30: Oskar Otto was captain of a suicide squad of German rejects in WW II. The entire squad, and some allied soldiers were found decades later in the Swiss Alps, although four bodies were never accounted for.

 

The Xeno

 

Gather Information

 

DC 15: The Xeno is a registered unarmed Yacht class Vessel in the Lor republic.

DC 20: It is registered as having superfast warp drives. It has a license to transport live animals and keep them in capture bays. 

DC 25: It was previously owned by Zaul Zeno, a galactic smuggler of slaves and illegal livestock.

Corona

Gather Information
DC 10 Corona is a superhero who wears an odd, golden battlesuit. It lets her fly and fire energy blasts.
DC 15 Corona’s powers have something to do with radiation.
The suit doesn’t have anything to do with her powers; I saw her going against the Tech Triad and even after they disabled the suit, she just shucked it off and kept fighting!
DC 20 I got close enough to hear her talking, once, and she wasn’t speaking in any English language.
DC 25 One time, I saw Corona fly way up high and disappear, then a shooting star streaked away into space!

Anya Corazon

Gather Information
DC 15 Anya Corazon is a junior biology & botany teacher at Joseph Clark High School.
Ms. Corazon is a hard-ass teacher, but she seems to be able to inspire her students to work harder in all their classes.
DC 20 Anya was supposed to have been born in Atlanta, but everything she knows about Georgia and the American South seems to have come out of a tourist book.
Anya’s a fitness nut; she started an after-school exercise/health class, and sometimes even the school’s athletes have a hard time keeping up with her.
DC 25 When she’s really angry, Anya talks in a language that isn’t any Earth tongue.

Aya K’Zan

Galactic Lore
DC 15 Aya K’Zan is an officer of the Outback Overwatch Patrol & Survey, currently assigned to the sector containing Earth.
DC 20 Aya K’Zan was born on Hala, an old world in the Lor Republic, and she’s the archetype of the proud, hardworking, stick-up-her-ass government agent.
Aya was transferred to OOPS from RIP.
DC 25 Aya was a decorated officer of the Republic Investigation Patrol. The rumor is she tried to arrest a Senator without any evidence.
When she was a Lor officer, Aya often tussled with the mercenary group called the Maw, a loosely affiliated coalition of smugglers and mercenaries and generally amoral folks. They are undoubtedly aiming for her and she is probably aiming for them.

Mechanized

 

Gather Information

 

DC 10 Emily “Mechanized†Stenford is a rising star in Freedom’s metahuman community. She’s the daughter of the famous military tech mogul Edgar Stenford and is backed by his company, Stenford Arms. She fights with a high-tech battlesuit.

 

DC 15 Emily is a mutant, and her mutation gave her an odd appearance and exceptional intellect. She is also a transsexual, but apparently her family accepts it. Emily has two sisters, and the older one, Jane, is well known in Freedom’s high society.

 

DC 20 Word is Emily’s father is actually upset by her sexuality, but he has to pretend he’s accepting in public for image purposes. Jane seems to be far less bothered.

 

DC 25 Jane studies Informatics at Freedom City College and is a computer whiz. Most of the few friends Emily has are Jane’s sorority sisters.

DC 15: This individual appear to be a Za'akis, a member of a scattered alien society of warriors. They are native of a notoriously deadly world.

DC 20: Kharag is a mythological and historical figure of Za'ak, a demigod (according to the legends) who conquered everything on his planet, unifying his people and eventually leading them to the stars.

DC 25: Kharag cut a deal of some sort with the Delaztri empire, an empire which predate the Lor Republic. The Za'akis acted as shock trooper and enforcer within the empire. When it collapsed, they scattered across the galaxy.

DC 15: This Moth Like Being Is a member of the lanternian race, A rarely seen species due to their small numbers, all members possess highly resiliant phisiology sufficient to endure harsh climates and respire without oxygen; some of them wield fantastic abilities they claim to be magical in origin; as a rule they're generally a peaceful race with a deep sense of community and personal responsibility.

 

DC 20: This particular Lanternian's white coloration means he was born upon his home-world's moon than the surface of the sun ravaged planet lantern which would've lead to darker colors such as black, grey and brown. they're are few physical differences most possessing taller and lither frames, "Moonborn" as they're called tend to be the most frequent to display strange abilities.

 

DC 25: This is Myothizar A'lira, a Praetorian of the ancient Delzatri empire and the first Lanternian to be born and metamorphose upon the moon after the species escaped their burning world via mass teleportation; Trained not only by a particularly old and powerful Lanternian mystic by the name of Tae'lun in the mystic arts but his fellow praetorians in the finer points of combat he is a far more Intelligent, cunning and powerful being than his poor grasp of galstandard would lead one to believe.

DC 15: Yukiko is a creature from the planet Delta Cephei 3, an ice giant orbiting a binary star in the Cepheus constellation.

DC 20: Yukiko is considered gifted for her knowledge of computer programming and repair, and has worked freelance since her arrival in Alpha Centauri 2

DC 25: Yukiko posesses ice powers and the ability to talk to animals, both of which are natural capabilities for a portion of her species.

DC 30: Yukiko's ice powers are on a level above those usually found on her home planet - it is considered an unfavorable mutation by her government.

DC 35: Yukiko's real name translates to 'Third Descendant of the Northern Glaciers'. Her mutation has placed her firmly on her government's blacklist, and she is considered 'Persona non Grata' in the Delta Cephei system.

DC 40: Leilaurea itself has put her name through the process of 'Damnatio Memoriae' - the government has erased any history unrelated to ensuring she remains outside of the Delta Cephei system.

Argonaut

DC 10: The Argonaut armor is the second flight capable armored created by the AEGIS organization.  The armor's grim skull like face draws parallels to the Omegadrones of the Terminus Invasion.
DC 15: Argonaut s a special consultant of the AEGIS organization, armed with a less than law enforcement friendly pike that seems to blast a strange almost cosmic energy of sorts.
DC 20: The MEGA-MAX product began in 1993, designed to create agents capable of contributing in the effort against threats like the Terminus Invasion, should such a crisis occur to the planet again.  Whist the Argonaut 
DC 30:  Combat data is recorded directly from the neural interface of Argonaut's cybernetic enhancements.  And used to further the production of the MEGA-MAX line of armors, which Dr. Volk hopes to complete before another Terminus Invasion.
DC 40: Argonaut's true identity is Yves Zermeno, an AEGIS field agent.  And the Argonaut armor was not designed by AEGIS, but instead a redesigned Omegadrone shocktrooper armor.

DC 10: The technology used in this armor seems to have no functioning power source.  The Jet Boots have no need of fuel and the pike seems to draw it's energies from somewhere questionable.  Perhaps it is magic?  AEGIS has a magic guy right?
DC 15: Argonaut is a special consultant of the AEGIS organization, the first in a squad designed to combat offensive
DC 25: The technology used to create the Argonaut armor is a top guarded prototype.  Some even say it is the first in the next series of AEGIS QRT armors against metahuman threats.  The MEGA-MAX armor
DC 35: The special material used to create the Argonaut armor is not from this world. In fact the base body of the armor was created with technology beyond any AEGIS scientist understanding.  Dr. Volk's modifications has thus far made the technology slightly unstable, conductive, and somehow more ferrous.

DC 20: Although the figure is slimmer, the Argonaut armor similar to the Omegadrone black stealth armors.  They are only considered stealth in so much that they were sent out as part of the initial incursions to conquered world acting as shock troopers and front line foot soldiers in the Lord of Entropy's conquest.  Of course this couldn't be an Omegadrone armor it looks too different.  Right?

DC 15: Roulette is a bounty hunter in the bounty hunter trios known collectively as the Voidrunners.  Making his living by hunting down dangerous criminals
DC 20: Roulette used to be an intergalactic criminal, and now rides aboard Ruby Voxx's ship known as the Voidrunner of which the crew is named after.
DC 25: Roulette is known to be both intrusive and brash.  His respect of social mores is cursory at best.  And anything he says should be taken with a hint of salt as it could merely be one of his machinations at work.
DC 30: Roulette is able to fire out concussive beams from his eyes capable of unloading massive destructive force.  


 
Stahnze Turk

DC 25:  Leorio Turk father was a Star Knight who died during the Khanate and Lor War.  Khanate propaganda says that Leorio died after betraying the Star Knights and fighting against Citadel.  The Citadel maintains that he died opposing Kinan Khan after initially supporting the Star Khan initially in the war effort.

DC 30: Stahnze Turk is a Zultasian con man with a long laundry list of victims.  Although his non criminal victims have been compensated with his crimes swept under the rug by the Lor and Stellar Khanate it would be wise to not associate oneself with him.  Wherever Stahnze goes trouble follows.

DC20:  From what you can gather, the black knight is a somewhat ineffectual hero, hindered by indecision and fear of bringing his sword “Aldonite†to bear in such a way as to cause lasting harm.

DC10: “The black knight is a Dark Omen, heralding the death of a beloved leader.â€

DC15: “the black knight Is a hereditary position, more like a curse than a blessing it renders those who carry it immune to many mortal concerns and passes to the eldest Christian child in the family.â€

DC20: “the Black knights have a recurring duty to slay the wielders of Excalibur.â€

DC25: “They are also known as the betrayer failsafe, There job is to lay low Excalibur’s bearers so before they can fall into madness and power-lust and spare the world the wrath of the sword.â€

DC30 â€Excalibur†Is selfaware and bears malicious intent, making its wielders integral to the stability of the organizations that form around them so when it betrays them it can feed on the tragedy and chaos that unfold, setting itself up to be sought about by another would be hero;  Originaly this sentience was contained by the scabbard, but with its loss the sword is free once more to gather strength for whatever dark purpose it may have…if the black knight cannot stop it.

Knowledge: Arcane Lore

DC 5: The arcane elemental powers emanating from Meatheral appear to be closely linked to an ancient book of magic called Tetramegedon.

 

DC 10: Meatheral is fused with the Tetramegedon, also known as Libri Quatuor Elementorum, meaning Book of Four Elements, which is closely linked to other similar tomes of eldritch magic and arcane knowledge, such as the Necronomicon and the Lemegeton. The Tetramegedon addresses the four classical elements, Wind, Earth, Fire, and Water. While the Tetramegedon no longer holds a physical form, it still exists on the metaphysical plane.

 

DC 15: There are many influences to be found in the book's writing, from Classical Hellenistic, Babylonian, Egyptian, Roman, to Hebrew Writings. The book contains spells, methods, charms, and instructions on summoning elementals, controlling the elements, imbuing elemental powers on inanimate objects, using the elements as a divination medium, etc. Curiously, while the book is called Book of the Four Elements, there also appear to be passages referring to a fifth element, called Ether.

 

DC 20: The Tetramegedon Meatheral has possesses a will of its own. According to lore, the book is governed both by a desire of spreading its knowledge, and an instict for selfpreservation. The Tetramegedon is one of the original books that had the works of famous Magi, Alchemists, and Scholars into a single tome. As such, the concentrated magic has made the book an Idol. An Idol can be anyone or anything that possesses phenomenal magic power. There exist a number of copies in the world, and while they don't possess the sheer magical potency of the original, thanks to the original's status as an Idol, the copies share a small portion of its magic, making them Icons of the original. As an Idol, the book is nearly indestructible.

 

DC 25:  An Idol shares its powers with its Icons, and any change that happens to the Idol would directly reflect on the Icons. This, for example, is the reason why crosses are hurtful to vampires, or why holy ground repels demons. Conversely, since each individual Icon holds only a small portion of the Idol's power, any change that would happen to the Icon would barely impact the Idol, if at all. However, if said change could happen to a sufficiently large number of Icons, that change would also reflect on the Idol. The practice of people stepping on the picture of Jesus during the Tokugawa era in Japan, also known as Fumi-e, could be seen as such an attempt at forcing a change on the Idol through the Icon. These principles are part of a philosophical law called Mimisis (Koine Greek: Μίμισης, meaning Imitation), and the magic derived from those principles is called Sympathetic or Imitative Magic. Other forms of magic include Contagion Magic which follows the Law of Contagion, and Thelematic Magic which follows the Law of Thelema (as introduced by Aleister Crowley).

 

DC 30: Since the original Tetramegedon merged directly with Meathereal, Meatheral's body became an Idol. As such, Meatheral is subject to the rules governing Idols. Curiously enough, there is a theory that Superheroes and Supervillains can themselves become something akin to Idols, in the context of the Law of Mimisis. Of course, while no doubt powerful, the heroes and villains don't quite possess the sheer magical potency required for them to become Idols. However, it is hypothesized that belief in large quantities could potentially elevate a person to Idol status, or perhaps something similar to that. While this could certainly explain why most Superheroes and Supervillains have managed to escape death on numerous occasions, the fact remains that this is mere academic stipulation, with just as many examples contradicting the theory.

Nevermore

 

Gather Information

DC 15: Nevermore is the crime-fighting sidekick of the Raven!

DC 25: He seems to be operating on his own quite a bit.

DC 35: There's rumors that Raven's getting old. Maybe this young, fresh face on the "Raven team" means he's going to be stepping up soon?

 

Knowledge: Technology (All checks require observation of his equipment in action)

DC 20: He's running a pretty advanced suit, more so than the first Raven, or the early years of the current Raven.

DC 30: While not necessarily the bleeding-edge that, say, Archetech is, this suit is the sort of thing that would make most Special Operations folks envious, and suggests that Nevermore's getting a lot of support from Raven when it comes to equipping.

 

Knowledge: History

DC 25: Most sidekicks of Raven seem to run around for a year, maybe less, then go branch out on their own. While Nevermore does a fair bit of solo work, he's still strongly associated with the Raven.

 

 

Aleksander Garen Nakani

 

Gather Information

DC 10: Aleksander was not born in the United States.

DC 15: He was adopted by Loren and Melissa Barbeau.

DC 20: He was adopted by the Barbeaus about 5 or so years ago. (Requires access to restricted adoption systems, or otherwise ability to go through specific records.)

DC 25: His birth parents were from the nation of Georgia, and were of mixed Armenian and Ossetian descent. Georgia is also where Alek himself was born. (Same restrictions.)

DC 35: Alek was one of several children rescued from an indoctrination program run by the Blood Dragon Society. (Requires the below DC 35 Computers check.)

 

Computers (Also requires connection to adoption services systems)

DC 25: Alek's birth parents died a decade before he appears in any US/UN systems. There is a full ten-year gap in his life records.

DC 35: Alek's adoption was assisted by various members of, and associates of, the Freedom League. There was a surge of adoptions of similarly-aged youths at that time.

DC 40: Alek spent a year in the care of psychic therapists associated with the League. That length of time and caliber of therapists suggests some truly formidable traumas...or brainwashing. (Requires access to League systems.)

 

Knowledge: History

DC 15: The Blood Dragon Society is a centuries old chivalric-style, founded around the time of Vlad the Impaler. It is seemingly defunct

DC 20: Vlad was/is totes a vampire, guys. And the BDS was founded to fight the likes of him and other supernatural nasties, named after the historical knightly order Tepes was a member of in the day.

DC 25: They used some really questionable methods and tactics, which include brainwashing, terroristic tactics, and the harnessing of darker powers and energies to boost their own troops.

DC 30 (paired with a DC 25 Gather Information Check): The Blood Dragon Society exists and is active today, with a similar philosophy and methodology as in the old days, just updated with modern tools.

DC 35 (in conjunction with the DC 40 Computers check and DC 35 Gather Information check, and the above DC 30 History check): Alek and the other children rescued are clearly only one "cell" of a rather decent-sized network of BDS groups operating primarily in Europe and Asia, with the same vaguely-defined, easily-mutable goals.

WILDCAT

 

Gather Information

DC 10: Relatively new hero going by 'Wildcat' is operating at street level, taking on all comers with fist and foot.

DC 15: He's got some sort of enhanced physical strength and agility, and he seems like he has some really keen senses.

DC 20: He's been involved in some crazy stuff -- talking gorillas, poisons that would kill only metahumans, gun runners, nasty.

DC 25: He talks like he's a local boy; the West End is on his tongue.

 

 

 

Knowledge: Streetwise

DC 10: Some new loco gato is going around whaling on people, calling himself a super hero, punching first and asking questions later.

DC 15: Dude's crazy -- sniffs at you, goes jumpin' around like a giant frog, throws a dude like he's tryin' to put him through a wall.  He don't know beans about fighting, but that don't make no difference.

DC 20: He's been seen to be hanging with one or two of the Interceptors on occasion.

DC 25: He ain't got a beef with anyone in particular -- he's takin' everyone on, crazy bastard.

DC 30: Great-grandfather Alberto Silvestri was deployed as a meta-soldier by the Regio Esercito (Royal Italian Army) during WWII against the Allies.

Endeavor/Sakurako Hino

Gather Information

DC 5 - Endeavor is Sakurako Hino, a super genius schoolgirl inventor who is in classes at Claremont Academy.

DC 10 - Her super-suit she built herself. Also Is the daughter of Mikoto and Hikaru Hino, who operate the Hinocorp technology and industrial firm.

DC 15 - First appeared in the heroing world in Japan assisting it's heros during the March 2011 disaster.

DC 20 - Sakurako's parents are retired superheroes. Mikoto being the former Ensign Minneapolis and Hikaru being the former Tetsuryu (Iron Dragon).

DC 25 - Has assisted heroes on several occasions already, and was almost killed after saving a fishing trawler in late December 2014.

DC 10 - Endeavor's current costume still looks like her old suit, but without a sailor collar.

DC 5 - Endeavor's first Costume was a shout-out to her mother who wore a similar sailor collared super suit in her heyday as Ensign Minneapolis.

Vicki Adams
 

Gather Information:
DC 5: Is a student registered at Claremont living in the dorms.
DC 10: She is a military brat and daughter of decorated hero Marcus Adams.
DC 15: For a while she was on track to be an Olympic gymnast but never was dedicated enough to do it.
DC 20: Her best friend is Monica Rausa and she is studying to be a doctor or psychologist.
DC 30: Vicki Adams has some sort of mental powers. She can talk to people with her mind!


Military
DC 10: Daughter of Marcus Adams, resident of several Naval Bases, and a good student with excellent transcripts.
DC 20: Has a mostly expunged record for stealing a HumVee and taking it for a joyride. Charges dropped.
DC 25: Is noted as a probable metahuman. Unconfirmed mental powers.
DC 30: On a watch list to insure she does not become a threat, like many metahumans.

DC 15: You can totally take her. She's a pacifist and won't hurt you at all!
DC 20: Well okay, she made these three dudes disappear. That has to be hurting someone, right? They never came back! I think she disintegrated them!

DC 10:  Cerulean is newly arrived to Freedom City, but seems to be pitching in in classic heroic fashion.

DC 15:  Her powers are magical in nature, and she seems to focus on ranged combat.

DC 20:  It is nearly impossible to fool Cerulean  -- she sees right through it.

Samantha Lawrence

Gather Information:

DC 10: In 2011, a young woman named Samantha Lawrence was convicted on charges of drug use, as well as child abuse and neglect. She served two years before being paroled.

DC 15: In 2014, she was officially reported missing. A brief investigation followed, but no insight into the nature of her disappearance was ever found, and the case remains open. Samantha’s younger sister, Becky Lawrence, is now the legal guardian of her son.

DC 20: Both Samantha and Becky were physically abused by their alcoholic mother when they were children. No criminal charges were ever filed.

DC 25: Samantha was last seen on June 21, 2014, in the company of a known drug dealer.

DC 30: A young woman who matches Samantha’s description (and seems to go by the name of Sam) now resides in Greenbank with a one Asli Sadik. Asli Sadik was once charged with a misdemeanor drug offense, which was pleaded down from possession with intent to distribute.

 

Starlight

Gather Information:

DC 15: Starlight is a minor-league superhero with light-controlling abilities. She doesn’t seem to have a costume, wearing just ordinary street clothes.

DC 20: Starlight appears to focus her activities mainly on the Freedom City drug trade.

DC 25: See Streetwise DC 20.

Knowledge (Streetwise):

DC 15: Starlight is a light-controlling heroine who has proven to be something of an annoyance to the local drug trafficking rings.

DC 20: Despite displaying relatively potent levels of power, Starlight has exhibited a degree of carelessness and cockiness at times, apparently supremely confident in her own abilities.

DC 30: There are whispers that a certain drug lord is planning something that will take her out of the equation for good.
