A couple of things have been added such as a Craft skill so he can actually use Artificer, and a few powers I feel he should have had in the first place like Immunity.
Nyrath Posted January 15, 2010 Author Posted January 15, 2010 While I know Oth here is going to be a Tier 3 NPC by virtue of being a Canon NPC remake I do itch to use him for a few capers. I hope that won't be problem even though I'm no Ref since he's hardly what you'd call a major player despite his demi-god status.

Even though I'm worried about the Disintegrate being used on low fort saves (i really don't like the idea of disintegrate being used on sentient beings) I must note that Anubis is a Tier 3 character, so that'll be up to the refs to use it APPROVED

If you could put the attack entry in the format of +8 (+14 ranged) its easier to see what is base and what is from feats. I count 97 not 99 points spent on powers. within powers I'm a little nervous about disintegrate but as it is on a tier three NPC I'm not gonna disallow it. If you do want to use Black Anubis in threads you theoretically can if a ref gives you permission and agrees to keep an eye on what you're doing with him is my understanding. Alright I stand corrected. Except in cases of extreme staff laziness Tier three is staff only. Make sure to bug sandman if you want to use Black Anubis in a thread ;)
angrydurf Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Ok looks good just one thing I missed last time around, could you add what aspects of language he has comprehend for, with 4 ranks I think that'd be understand all speak all simultaneously and read/write all but writing it out would be helpful.
