Nyrath Posted January 31, 2010 Author Posted January 31, 2010 Using a pair of PL 6 powerhouses (Instant Superheroes), with some slight shaving (2 ranks of Super-Strength rather than 6, no Leaping, and only 6 Impervious) as a mooks for warm-up. Initiative vs. Mooks (1d20 1=7) Initiative for Mooks (1d20=12) The red mini-atlas impersonators go first, but spend their round making suggestive banter and hemming MA in; they simply don't think she's a threat at the moment. MA will make a move action feint using Skill Mastery to get a 26, the muscle-brain can't match that and thus falls to def 11. She then Power Attacks for 5, taking ten to hit since they're minions. The big red lug can't make a toughness roll against 33, and is sent flying down the street.
Nyrath Posted January 31, 2010 Author Posted January 31, 2010 Round Two Mook #2 tries to hit Attack vs. Mongrel Angel Def 16 (1d20 3=12), but fails. He gets the same treatment as his fellow, sans the bluff, and similarly goes flying. He does however hit Michael Donovan who's just come round the corner, this is treated as basically plot/fluff. Michael takes no damage from this, but it was fiated hit so no HP for MA. It does make him angry though. Initative for the new fight starting next round. MA spends a move action to morph back to her own proper shape. MA Round 5: All-out Attack 5, Power Attack 2 vs Def 16 DC 30 if hit [blast with Holy Descriptor] (1d20 12=24) B-K Round 5: Toughness save vs. DC 30 (1d20 11=17) fails by 13, and is subsequently knocked out.
