cosmicarus Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 A hit against Valkyrie, but a save against the damage.

Heridfel Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 I PMed the result of the Notice check to Cyrith on the chat. Other people are still welcome to make skill checks as described above. Hub's falling down and out of the fight for the most part. He's considered exhausted, and his array is switched to a non-standard AP to Nullify something that one of the combatants is trying to do. The nice part about being the GM is that I don't have to share what that is until you figure out. Until then, it's basically acting as a plot device to remove him from the fight. We're back to the top of the order with Velocity.

Thevshi Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Thanks to two ranks of improved critical, that natrual 18 will be a critical hit. So the damage, with that and the power attack, will be +18

Heridfel Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Quick question - is there a reason that Velocity is continuing to fight spider-bots rather than picking up the child? I looked through the thread, and I didn't see anything that'd preclude her from grabbing the child rather than fighting off any robots that are coming towards her.

Thevshi Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 Well, the mother is there as well, and she can't carry both. If it comes to it, she will pick up the child.

Veiled Malice Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 I think you're up, because Nanowire just went.

Thevshi Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Well, wasn't sure as NPCs and other things might be happening.

Heridfel Posted March 16, 2008 Posted March 16, 2008 I'm sorry. I usually only keep track of the IC portions of threads. There are no NPCs happening between Nanowire and Velocity this round.

Heridfel Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 There's still enough time in your turn to use a move action to drop off the mother and child elsewhere if you want. Unless you're planning on something else, then I think it's ok for Nanowire to go.

Veiled Malice Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Was that last attack Penetrating? Because unless it was, Nanowire's impervious toughness will shrug off a +9 damage effect. It might be better if it was, though, otherwise he's just going to get knocked around a bit by the little guys. :)
