(20:53:56) Nyrath: A character concept Libra came up with (based on a dream of his). I'm working on my own version of it since it sound really cool, at the time. If I recall correctly he described his impression as "Kinda a mix between Batman, Nightcrawler and a Samurai". She never spoke in his dream, and I came up with power as a way to have her be functional and mute.

She's a bit tight in places, and could certainly benefit from a couple of more pp. Priority should be given to bumping her exotic saves a tad, a few feats such as Hide in Plain Sight, Uncanny Dodge, Power Attack and Takedown Attack, and of course boosting her skills a bit more.
