Power Level: 6 Trade-Offs: None Characters Name: Catahecassa Young Alternate Identity: "Old Cat" Age: 78 (born August 5, 1932) Gender: Male Height: 5'8'' Weight: 130lbs. Eyes: Brown Hair: Black and Grey Description: Cat is getting on in his years and it shows. This and his real name have easily earned him the nickname "Old Cat". Cat's skin is deeply tanned and well weathered from many years of working outdoors. His hair has as much grey in it as it does black, and falls down his back in a ponytail to between his shoulder blades. He is of below average height, and has lost much of his former bulk to old age. Even at 78, he remains in fit physical condition. History: Catahecassa (meaning "Black Hoof" in Shawnee) was born in 1932. For many years, he lived on a reservation in southern Colorado. Cat doesn't talk much of his years before living on the reservation, though it is known that he came to live there sometime in his mid twenties. Recently, after the death of his wife, he moved to a small home in the New Jersey Pine Barrens just north of Wharton State Forest to be closer to his family that live in Freedom City. Due to his private nature, little more is known about him except for the following. Cat holds a degree in Native American Studies from the University of Southern California. He served for many years as an advisor, and more recently an elder on his reservation in Colorado. He is also an accomplished story teller such as only one with many years of practice can be. Personality & Motivation: Cat is a very private person, and does not tell others of himself lightly. This is the number one reason so many people including his family know very little of him. Private though he may be, his family is very important to him. He was a loving and faithful husband until his wife passed away, and now he has uprooted his entire life so that he may be closer to the rest of his family. His move was, in part, to ensure that, "the spirits watch over his family." Catahecassa's name sake was an Indian Chief in the 18th century. Early in his life, he took this to heart and has since ensured his body be as fit as his mind. He has a way with words and is able to move people, much like a leader should. Old Cat is very set in his ways. He has been a stubborn individual all his life, and even though old age has eroded much, his stubbornness remains if not his physical prowess. Powers & Tactics: Catahecassa has no super powers. Instead, his deep spiritual beliefs afford him astounding connections to the spirits of people and animals. On rare occasion, he has even been known to commune with those that have passed away. Complications: Family comes first - Catahecassa's family is very dear to him and he is very protective of them. Old Bones - Catahecassa's old age has made him less willing to move about as much as he used to, and he often complains of his joints aching in poor weather. Stubborn - Catahecassa is as stubborn as a mule. However, as this is an NPC, that's not really important. So I edited the point total and removed the offending feats. Barring any other changes you want to make, you have your first approval. APPROVED
