I gotcha. That makes a lot of sense, really.

So I updated the OP, taking all suggestions into account and doing a little tweaking of my own. Tell me what you think!

The only things I saw are that you should have a flatfooted defense of +3, and you have +9 to attack and a rank 4 Blast. You'd have to lower one or the other (attack or Blast) to fit in your PL. Once you have that done, you're ready for approval.

Okay, I think I did it right. I'm a little confused about the Flatfooted thing, but admittedly I'm using a spreadsheet to help me get things right, and that's just how it came out.

Otherwise, edited and hopefully ready for approval!

If it's an Excel spreadsheet, then it might be a rounding error. I think Excel rounds up by default, but M&M rounds down for flatfooted. Oh, and Approved. :)
