History: Daisuke Seto grew up on the streets of Osaka for the most part, scrounging for what he could get, and stealing what he couldn’t get normally. Meaning the power currently costs 19 pp. I'm looking forward to reading some more on Daisuke after reading your new years vignette, sounds cool.
