Creating Summon Power for Kid Cthulhu

Lone Star had said to me of interest in having a summon power for his character and let me work on making one that we plan to add in next month. However, considering the rules, I would like everyone (who wishes to) to have a look at this and see their opinions on it.

KC will be power stunting this (off his array) in an upcoming thread...

Summon 4 (PF's: Mental Link, Sacrifice, Progression 2 (5 minions); Extras: Horde, Action 2 (free), Total Fade) [28pp]

This is what he'll have for this month if we get it now...

Summon 4 (PF's: Mental Link, Sacrifice, Progression 2 (5 minions); Extras: Horde, Total Fade; Flaws: Distracting, Action (full)) [12pp]

And this what what we plan to give him next month...

Summon 4 (PF's: Mental Link, Sacrifice, Progression 2 (5 minions); Extras: Horde, Total Fade) [20pp]

As for the minions themselves...

Minion (Power Level 4/60pp)

Tradeoff: +2 Toughness/-2 Defense

Abilities: Str 6 Dex 10 Con 14 Int 6 Wis 10 Cha 10

Skills: Intimidate 12 (+12)

Feats: All-Out Attack, Defense Roll 4, Fearless, Fearsome Presence 12

Hide In Plain Sight, Improved Initiative, Sneak Attack 4

Powers:

* Array 11 (2 Alternate Powers) [20pp]

* BE: Blast 4 (Accurate, Autofire 2) [17pp]

* AP: Drain 4 (Drain Wisdom, Accurate, Autofire 2, Range (ranged)) [17pp]

* AP: Mental Blast 4 (Accurate) [17pp]

Combat: Attack +2 (+4 Array), Defense +2 (+1 Flat-Footed), Knockback -3 Initiative +4

Saving Throws: Toughness +6, Fortitude +5, Reflex +3, Will +3

Abilities –4 + Skills 3 + Feats 24 + Powers 20 + Combat 8 + Saves 9 = 60pp
