Geez3r
Ya know what? We're just gonna side step the issue and get back to the beatings. Link to comment
Gizmo
Ha, probably for the best! Mona! Avenge your fallen comrades! Link to comment
Dariusprime
Aw, jeez, I get pulled offline a few days and you two get whooped? What's the deal? Time for a little prizefighting! Accurate Attack +5 vs Jack's Def 32 (1d20+13=20) Not a chance, but hey, its great exercise! Link to comment
Gizmo
Actually, his Defense is back down to 28, since he attacked normally that round, but yeah, no dice. Lynn is up! Link to comment
Heritage
Okay, Grim gonna spend an HP to shake of the stun, then try to for an All-Out Attack on Jack; since she's converting +5 to her Attack, her Defense will be +7 for this round. Unarmed All-Out Attack roll: 1d20+15=21. Reroll: 1d20+15=31 DC 22 Toughness save, assuming she connects. Link to comment
Geez3r
Free Action, be a sassafras. Free Action, take a 10 on Acrobatics to stand as a free action. Move Action, get adjacent to JoAB. Standard, attack to use Aid Another, giving the bonus to Fulcrum. Attack roll to use Aid Another, DC 10 (1d20+6=12) Link to comment
Heritage
Where are we at with this one? Link to comment
Gizmo
20 - Jack of all Blades - Unharmed - HP x4 14 - Fulcrum - Unharmed - HP x2 13 - Grimlakin - Unharmed - HP x2 9 - Dynamo - Unharmed - HP x3 Apparently we're at me. Whoops! Quick question: where's that DC22 coming from if Lynn's Strength is only +5? Link to comment
Heritage
Quick question: where's that DC22 coming from if Lynn's Strength is only +5? I'll be honest, I have no idea; I was just going from the DC Block Shaen put on her sheet, which reads: "Unarmed -- DC 22/Toughness (24 w/ Sneak Attack) -- Damage" Let me look at the rules and her sheet and see if we can figure it out. Edit: Should it actually be DC 20, or is there another feat coming into play? Link to comment
Geez3r
Looks like an error. it should be 20. Link to comment
Gizmo
I'll let Lynn hit rather than HPing his Defense, since putting it at 41 basically kills the rest of the round for Eli and Mona. Toughness Save vs. DC20. (1d20+3=5) Toughness Save reroll vs. DC20. (1d20.minroll(11) +3=19) Jack takes a bruise! Link to comment
Gizmo
In the interest of wrapping this up, Jack is going to unleash his secret technique, the one he's been planning on all along! He'll spend an HP... to Inspire Lynn, Mona and Eli! Hey, he is trying to train them, right? 20 - Jack of all Blades - Bruised - HP x2 14 - Fulcrum - Unharmed - HP x2, +2 Aid Another, +5 Inspire 13 - Grimlakin - Unharmed - HP x2, +5 Inspire 9 - Dynamo - Unharmed - HP x3, +5 Inspire Link to comment
Heritage
I think Darius has been scarce a lot recently. How long do we wait on Fulcrum's post? Link to comment
quotemyname
Geez3r waited a week in No Mercy. I would have waited a day. Gizmo is running this, let's let him make the call. Link to comment
Dariusprime
Sorry to hold things up! Accurate Attack +5 vs JoAB's Def 32 (1d20+20=21) Not going to end like this...HP HP reroll vs JoAB's Def 32 (1d20.minroll(11) +20=37) Much better. DC 24 Toughness A pirate's life for me. Link to comment
Gizmo
Toughness Save vs. DC 24. (1d20+5=6) Toughness Save vs. DC 24 reroll. (1d20.minroll(11)+5=19) Jack takes another bruise and is stunned. 20 - Jack of all Blades - Bruisedx2, Stunned - HP x1 14 - Fulcrum - Unharmed - HP x2, +2 Aid Another, +5 Inspire13 - Grimlakin - Unharmed - HP x2, +5 Inspire 9 - Dynamo - Unharmed - HP x3, +5 Inspire Link to comment
Heritage
We'll try this one more time! Grim is going to use Acrobatic Bluff to Feint, giving the benefit to Dynamo via Set-Up. Acrobatics check: 1d20+23=39 Link to comment
Geez3r
Attack roll vs JoAB, PA 5, DC 20 (1d20+6=12) Whiff. Attack roll vs JoAB, PA 5, DC 20, HP Reroll (1d20+6=13+10=23) Yay. Surge Attack roll vs JoAB, PA 5, DC 20, SURGE (1d20+6=17) Link to comment
Heritage
For the record, I forgot to add the +5 for Inspire, so the Acro Bluff should really be a 44 :D Link to comment
Gizmo
Alright, Jack can't beat 44 even on a natural 20, so the Acro Bluff goes through, and he's flat-footed. All told, that puts him at 13 Defense and -1 Toughness. Toughness Save vs. DC20. (1d20-1=5) Toughness Save vs. DC20 reroll. (1d20.minroll(11)-1=18) Toughness Save vs. DC20. (1d20-2=0) And that's all she wrote! Link to comment
