N/A Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 I'm not comfortable with acquiring Fortune feats with a Variable Power.
quotemyname Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 I've been told that grabbing Ultimate Effort with my VP is pushing it. Instead, I'll purchase Second Chance for both of those perform checks and make rolls. Perform(Singing); Perform(Guitar) (1d20+32=50, 1d20+31=46) Damn!
Darksider42 Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 I'm Rolling for Warrens Perform since taking ten would not be enough to keep up with Eddie 31 And delivers a slightly above World class performance :D
Heritage Posted July 25, 2010 Author Posted July 25, 2010 So glad I went with the roll! Perform check: 1d20+10=26
Moira Morley Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 Taking 10 and having Dragonfly aid her, that's 30.
Fox Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 The thread! She is too quiet! Let's get Mara's performance out of the way and keep the thing going. Perform check! (00:32:50) Moira: wait! (00:33:04) Moira: I'll spend HP to inspire you Perform Check (1d20 + 15=26) Hm. Not bad, we can do better! Saving hero points is for chumps, anyway. Perform Reroll, +10 skill bonus, +5 inspired (1d20 + 15=25) 1d20 came up 10, which on a reroll is 20. Invisible Castle continues to lavish gifts upon Dragonfly. 20 + 10 + 5 = 35. 37, actually, with the masterwork violin. Guess she didn't end up needing that Inspire for the core book's chart, but hey. 7 over a masterful DC is better than 2 over, surely.
OmegaPlatinum Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I'll wait for at least one of the two to post before I will, since the post before Heritage's is mine.

Dr Archeville Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I'm still very uncomfortable with VPs being used for Fortune feats (like Ultimate Effort).
N/A Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I'm still very uncomfortable with VPs being used for Fortune feats (like Ultimate Effort). Same here. Other than that, that was AWESOME.
Heritage Posted August 13, 2010 Author Posted August 13, 2010 Wow, I guess Divine really did inspire her! Perform check: 1d20+10=30
quotemyname Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 I didn't know we were still rolling perform checks. I think we can assume for now that BD's got a pretty decent score ;)
OmegaPlatinum Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 20s everywhere! (for Sparksmith's Skill Mastery)
Heritage Posted August 14, 2010 Author Posted August 14, 2010 I didn't know we were still rolling perform checks. I think we can assume for now that BD's got a pretty decent score I only did it because relative to the others, Gossamer's totals are low, and I wanted her to go out on a high note :D
quotemyname Posted August 16, 2010 Posted August 16, 2010 What are these "personal goals" that you speak of? ;)
Fox Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Oh - because it's not as clear as I thought it was when I was crazy-tired and wrote the IC post, Dragonfly just used Datalink to violate your cell phone and stick her number on there. This is sort of becoming a habit...at least she didn't violate the warranty this time.
