The power of the Necro-Kings was in full flight there, necromancy empowered and all other magics left weakened. Undeath had come there, grim and terrible, and devoured life. The world itself wasn't dead, but the cancer of undeath was burned into its breast, slowly preparing to spread. This was no world of Freedom heroes. It was a world of Freedom vampires.
