Everyone gets a HP for the civvies in the potential crossfire (they'll act here and there during the round, no set Init). I'm choosing not to trip MA's enemy complication right here at the start, I'm already sitting on the most HP. It will get tripped if this thing draws out aftet his encounter though is my verdict. Everyone (apart from the as yet unseen Leader) is a minion, so have at it.

Sparksmith will take 10, making his Strike a 20 to hit: Strike 5 (Energy Weapon; Extras: Autofire 3, Penetrating 6; Power Feats: Mighty, Improved Critical 2, Affects Insubstantial 2, Precise) [32/32PP] He will be using two hammers, and spin in a tornado, hitting each demon as the one before it falls.
