Here's where we stand, then: Cannonade: 24, Unharmed, 1 HP Tattered Man: 17, Bruised, -7 WIS (he regained one this round), 0 HP Kid Cthulhu: 7, Bruised, 1 HP And just to get the actions out of the way for the next phase of posting, Cannonade is again going to make a Charge against the man in the pallid mask. And that doesn't work. So, the tattered man's going to launch another Confuse at Cannonade. Again, Cannonade needs to beat a DC19 Will save... which he does not. Now, let's see what happens... Well, that's a 19, which means Cannonade will attack the nearest target. Hoo boy...

Funny how that works out. So, Cannonade's gonna launch a Shockwave -- DC17 Reflex to halve, DC19 if it gets halved, DC22 otherwise. It's going to hit Kid Cthulhu, but it'll also hit the man in the pallid mask. Let's see how he weathers it... It's not halved, and... yeah, he definitely failed it. By 16. Even if he wasn't already Staggered, he's down. So Kid Cthulhu just needs to roll against the Shockwave as unreality unravels like a dream around him.
