Endless Flight Posted October 24, 2007 Author Posted October 24, 2007 Alright, which team is going to pull it out? The Red Sox, who came back from a 3-1 deficit against the Indians, or the Rockies, who've steamrolled their way through the National League. I'm pulling for the Sox to Sock it to the Rocks. hehe

Veiled Malice Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Ex-Massachusian here, so I have to go for the Sox, even though baseball ain't exactly my game.

Endless Flight Posted October 25, 2007 Author Posted October 25, 2007 Wow! 13-1 in game one. I thought it was going to go six games. I'm not so sure any more.

Cliff Steele Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 I am a Yankees fan and normally would root for the American League team, even the Red Sox. But in this case, the Rockies seem like such an underdog that I can't help but hope they can pull it out. It would be sort of like when the Marlins beat the Yankees a few years back. And speaking of the Marlins (or in this case a former Marlin), man, how good is Josh Beckett?

Endless Flight Posted October 25, 2007 Author Posted October 25, 2007 I'm a Cubs fan, so I hated Josh Beckett about four years ago. He did the same thing to the Cubs that he's doing this postseason. I'm still a Cubs fan, but when I moved out here, I took up the Red Sox as my AL team. :)
