Ok then, Dyne's going to attack scary girl:

Standard Action:Graviton Wave attack (1d20+6=8) That's a DC 29 single-target blast...or would be if that would actually hit, which I kinda doubt. *sigh* so:

Move Action: Find some cover for Dyne

Note: Forgot to remember fatigued from stunting those still-active comm links. So, that's -1 to attack and defense, which makes finding some cover even more urgent

EDIT: URGH! Listed it as Strike AGAIN. *facepalm* It's a Blast. Really.

Heh, that sets her up perfectly for THIS finisher:

Standard action:Graviton Wave attack#2 (1d20+3=18) That's an All-Out Attack +2 attack/-2 defense coupled with a full Power Attack 5, so a net -3 attack, and an increase to DC of +5. So, DC 34 :twisted:

If he needs to, he'll surge and launch another one to finish her off
