I need help with this NPC. It's 5pp short of 180pp. I don't want to give him any more powers. As of now it takes a Nullify 13 to stop him in the power department. I want to keep him in the PL10 category too. So what do you think?

So far the story is that a circus strongman/acrobat with a temper attacks a heckler. He is fired as he is leaving, he is struck by a meteor. He is presumed dead. But like all meteors in comics, it's not fatal at all! The meteor brings out the worst personality traits of a person. It also pumps them to superhuman levels. The meteor has plans for itself, but now it is content riding around in this oaf.
