Dr Archeville
Dok can do that with his Electromagnetic Screwdriver! :D Link to comment
Supercape
Just out of interest, can you have Extra (Affects Objects) and Limited (Objects)??? Link to comment
angrydurf
Yes. Several powers (Noteably anything with a fort save) does not standardly affect objects the Affects objects extra allows them to, while the objects only flaw means they will no longer affect living targets. Link to comment

Ah, I read it right now! I appreciate how you could do this, was misinterpreting it. Link to comment
Supercape
I'm familiar with UP: Its just I read Affects Objects as Either a +1 Extra for both Objects / Living or +0 "Extra" for Objects only. My synapses crossfired, I can see how your way of presenting it is better. Link to comment
Supercape
I may just buy that for Supercape - although at present its a Light and EM burst, which I interpreted as Visual and Radio sense Dazzle. Link to comment
Dr Archeville
Inanimate objects get no save vs. the Drain Toughness, they just suffer the full effect, then must make a Toughness save v. the Damage. Mobile Constructs get a Reflex save vs. the Drain Toughness, so they're not as hosed by it. What about worn/carried items, like a communicator or utility belt (Equipment), suit of powered armor (hard to lose Device), or cosmic rod (easy to lose Device)? Link to comment
angrydurf
I'd say the equipment is just fried. Its equipment its supposed to go by by easily. I'd give the wielder of the item an reflex save for the device. Link to comment
Dr Archeville
That's my thinking, too, but I wanted other RedNames (er, OrangeNames) to confirm. Link to comment
