DC 23 unarmed, roll for Sil, 7, so she's knocked out and bleeding, with claw marks on her back.

They're regular humans and up until that point were just huddled by a fire not to far away, so bystander stats there is just a bunch of them, their initiative is the worse at 4 with no modifiers.
