Description: A skinny, ugly kid, Virtue 130 is an almost perfect genetic replica of Virtue, gifted with Intelligence beyond most men, at the cost of his physical health. He is extremely short and skinny, and rides around in a Wheelchair. His hair is obviously badly taken care of, often reaching extremely long lengths before it's all cut off the next day, and his finger nails are grimy and dity. Due to his poor treatment of his own body, he can't talk.

As Honor, Virtue 130 is a tall humanoid shaped creature in black armor with gray detailing, sometimes slight, sometimes massive. On his chest plate are stylized insignias of a Rhino, a Gorilla, and an Elephant. His arms are 'Popeye' like, with massive bulging forearms and large red circles for eyes

Power Descriptions: Technology

History: On July 15th, 1986, a soon to be mother screamed in pain as the doctors in the room pulled a new life into the world. This child, stringy, but breathing strongly, was a mystery. For all intents, he should have been too weak to move, but he did. Then, he grabbed a scalpel from the nearby table, a Head-light from a doctor, and made a laser.

Yellow Forest descended onto the child instantly, taking him from his parents, and dropping him in their orphanage. He grew at the same rate as a normal child, but while the others were learning to speak, walk, and just finding out their powers or lack of, he was reading the works of De Sade, turning Action figures into working machines capable of punching through steel, and enjoying his reputation as ‘the kid to be scared of’. It was when he reached seven that someone appeared before him. A woman with dark hair, dark eyes, and a similar build approached him, wearing full body armor. He only knew that she was a woman and what she looked like because he had recently turned a pair of sunglasses into X-Ray Glasses. The following exchange was short, but almost instantly the child had deduced some of the inner workings of the program, that he was genetically altered with her DNA, that all these children were based on someone else, and he asked when he was leaving. The girl took her away that day, to her home, and his new home.

Virtue 130, as he was called, quickly and effectively passed all his exams, moving to College courses and passing those too. Even for a Virtue, he was smarter than any, almost as smart as the original Virtue, and, when he asked Virtue for a larger lab, she shared hers with him. The two worked together, both of them creating new technology beyond what almost any other man could, but their combined efforts produced things that could have only been dreamed of before. The first was a perpetual Motion machine, then a Time machine. After making the Machine, and a confrontation with Dr. Tomorrow and an agreement to destroy it, the group turned their focuses to other items. Throughout this time, 130 had lost his reason to talk, for when Virtue understood him so well, there was no reason for him to talk. When the two decided to build a suit of armor for 130, and Virtue asked him what he wanted it based upon, he could only gesture, for his tongue, and his voice, had died from his years of lack of speech. He finally decided upon three of the world’s strongest animals, presenting to Virtue his designs. The design was that of Power, its main features screaming that it wanted to be as powerful as possible. It had a Gorilla’s strength, an Elephant’s senses, and a Rhino’s legs and armor, all together and made as a weapon of war. Together the two, growing forever closer, made the suit. Weaker then Virtue’s, but a weapon powerful enough for his heroics, outlined in grays and armored, even a mechanical voice box to deal with his lack of speaking. Finally, the suit was tested on Virtue 130, and he was complete. Virtue took him to the supervisors of Yellow Forest, giving him the moniker of Honor, something that comes along with Virtue. He was accepted as such, and, as the original student of Yellow Forest, assigned to the first city they knew that would need the ‘healing touch’ of Yellow Forest, Freedom City.

Taking his position as Honor, the representative of Yellow Forest for Freedom City, 130 began his campaign to prove his superiority to other heroes due to his training by the group, attacking and beating several villains heavily, before leaving them to be captured. His Campaign’s original attacks were violent enough that Yellow Forest reprimanded him, telling him to be a better example. Even Virtue was displeased, informing him in no uncertain terms to ease up, lest he be punished severely. Sense then, Honor has done as asked, changing his personality immensely and becoming almost a symbol of hope to most people, someone who started off almost evil, but has become a better person, though only as a façade, as the city becomes more reliant upon Honor, and slowly, he works his way into becoming the first Yellow Forest Hero of Freedom City, followed by others coming to help him.

Personality & Motivation: To become the best Scientist in teh world and spread the Ideals of Yellow Forest

Powers & Tactics: With his huge amount of intelligence and Masterful Tactics, Honor will always scope out a target before even beginning to intervene in it. However, he almost never talks to others- obviously-, and is rarely seen without his suit. When engaging in battle, he adapts quickly to his opponent. If he's fighting an extremely powerful close-range opponent, he'll stay back and blast at them. If he fights someone better at range, he'll chase them down for physical attacks.

Complications:

Secret Honor's history at Yellow Forest is not to come to light.

As Ordered. Honor is the quintessential perfect Soldier, doing exactly as Yellow Forest orders, which may drag him away from Heroics

Relationship No one is entirely sure what Honor's connection to Virtue is, but it is obviously more then just lab partners.
