Veiled Malice Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 Wait, can Daisuke take a shot at catching the cage, or no?
Barnum Posted February 18, 2008 Author Posted February 18, 2008 Wait, can Daisuke take a shot at catching the cage, or no? I'd say no, not unless you had readied an action to try such a thing. The beast has move-by attack, so he could have just run over to where they teleported and trample them anyway, but this seemed more dramatic. :)

cosmicarus Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 Ok, here goes: Reflex: 27 ...so far, so good. Toughness: 9 ...hurm, not so good. Well, I think I'm going to have to HP that one: Toughness #2: 5 ...thank the Powers for the +10 rule. So, if we're in non-lethal mode, that's a stunning and a bruising for good ol' Dead-Boy. Always better than unconciousness. I'll post a reply, but it's not to indicate that I've had another turn - it's just flavor. Also, Barnum, I take it that big beastie passed his Will save?

Barnum Posted February 18, 2008 Author Posted February 18, 2008 Yes, he did pass. I just forgot to post the roll. I'll try to look it up and post it today.

Veiled Malice Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 A nat 1. Jeez, I kick butt at rolls when I'm GMing, but it just does not carry over to my characters. :(

Barnum Posted February 19, 2008 Author Posted February 19, 2008 Nah, it's cool - I believe. Good, 'cause I tried to search for it but closed the window after like 4 minutes and no response. I'm going to wait for Droplet and then update for Entropy and Elephant Man.

Lilac Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 Since I plan to run from elephant on the next round, it's time for a haymaker this round. I'm using a HP to stunt the "Improved Trip" feat, and I'm blasting the elephant with my trip power (water jet), forcing him to resist with Dex. Attack on elephant man. (1d20+6=23) Weeeeeeeee! Power check for trip. (1d20+9=29) And that's with 9 ranks of "knockback." :D

cosmicarus Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 I sort of took some liberty with the Vampiric Corrosion - I thought that would be ok if combat wasn't going to leap onto us again very quickly. Let me know if it is and I'll change. :)

Veiled Malice Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Eh, not too much, actually. I was going to show off Daisuke's Massive Muscles of Justice, (TM ) but Cos beat me to it.
