Tactile Illusions

Illusions have no substance and cannot have any real-world effect. So illusions cannot provide illumination, nutrition, warmth, or the like (although they can provide the sensations of these things). Likewise, an illusory wall only prevents people from moving through an area so long as they believe it’s real, and an illusory bridge or floor is revealed as false as soon as someone tries to walk across it, and falls through it!
Emphasis mine.

A person or object that you can interact with as long as you believe it's real. This is what I'm going for. You can use the imaginary computer if you don't know it's fake. you can hug the imaginary person as long as you 'know' it's 'real'.

Again, that's Illusion. You can hug an Illusionary person, and -- like that illusionary wall -- they'll feel real until & unless A) the hug-er have some reason to suspect the hug-ee is not real, and then B) the hug-er make the Will save against it.

If you want them to be able to reach out and feel an illusionary wall with their fingers, that's just a Tactile Illusion. If you want them to be able to lean against that illusionary wall, or be thrown against it, without falling through the empty space, then you'd need some sort of Create Object effect in the mix as well.

Just to clarify, yes, Tactile Illusion covers all of those examples.
