(1d20+9=21) Hits! DC 22 for the pair of them. PC Toughness vs DC 22 (1d20+11=14, 1d20+11=16) And they're both down for the count. Remaining Hulk goes after Vic. All-Out Attack vs Victory (1d20+10=20) Juuuuuuust misses.
