Dr Archeville Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Math! Truly repairing (rather than jury-rigging) the Pegasus would be a DC 30 check taking 60 hours. (I'm going with "Advanced" tech, since we are dealing with an FTL drive!) Using Ultimate Effort to "take 20" on Craft (electronic or mechanical) checks, Blueshift gets a 40, Dok (with Screwdriver/HQ's tools & scanners, but without Enhanced Int) gets 47. If Blue's aiding Dok, she can add +5 (+2 for DC 10, +1 more for every 10 full points she made the check by), for 52 total. Which is enough to apply a -20 penalty to do the task in 1/16th the normal time (1/2 per -5), or 3 hours 45 minutes.
