Uninverted Posted January 29, 2008 Author Posted January 29, 2008 (Notice for the Tentacles: http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1475561/ (Finally!) Grapple: http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1475629/ Attack Roll: http://invisiblecastle.com/roller/view/1475647/) Michael was easily picked up by his opponent's tentacles, and lobbed out of the window like a toy. But far from being afraid or stunned, he was happy. He had finally figured out, after so much exposure, how to create tentacles of his own. He easily sprouted a pair and grabbed onto the window frame, and pulled himself inside. "Nice power" he said. "Really helpful" he added, picking up a table from across the room and throwing it at Lop Nar.
flashedarling Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 As the inky villain reaches out to take yet another victim he staggers underneath the weight of the table hurled at him. He loses his bearings for a moment as he reels back.

Heridfel Posted February 6, 2008 Posted February 6, 2008 Kevin freezes as the other person sprouts tentacles of his own. Trying to figure out who the good guy is just got a whole lot more difficult. Luckily for him, the woman who had had the knife is still a threat. He turns and tosses the knife out the window, then looks back to the woman, who is still struggling against him. He grits his teeth. He had never had to hit a lady before, but this one looks like she needs something to be done. He has a sudden inspiration. He remembers what he had done to that assassin back in the Fens, and tries to do it again to her. He lightly punches her to cover up what he's doing, but the force is in whatever superpower he has, not his muscles.
