Quinn Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 So, after reading about the latest vignette, and watching an episode of Teen Titans titled "Cyborg the Barbarian", the warped minds at Quinn Studios have come up with yet another idea for a thread. Say your hero is walking along, doo-de-doo, and this time vortex snaps him up. Guy gets dropped into the centre of a battlefield somewhere in time, where mighty warriors (not Furions, think more medieval/Greek/Conan-esque) are clashing against strange and alien creatures...and losing! Basically going to be a situation with three objectives. 1) Save the locals, 2) find the source of the monsters, 3) find a way home. I'm thinking a pretty decent PL 10-15 spread (armies generally provide adequate and diverse opponents), 3-4 people along with Push (since Crow'll be in the Last Will and Testament thread). I'll make no bones that science heroes could have a bit of a rough time of it if they work with on-the-fly gadgets, but it'll just be more fun that way! Magic heroes might also have to deal with a leetle bit of prejudice from the locals vis-a-vis throwing mighty arcane arts. There'll be action, hilarity, and all the good stuff. Who's in?
GranspearZX Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 And Arc's... ah... bearness! (If it wasn't a word before, it is now!)
Quinn Posted April 6, 2011 Author Posted April 6, 2011 Atlas, Arcturus, Fulcrum, Gabriel, and Push! Five heroes, Unstuck In Time!
KnightDisciple Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 An angel, a bear, a red giant, a giant amazon, and...uh, Push. Sounds like a fine group to me! :D
Quinn Posted April 6, 2011 Author Posted April 6, 2011 An angel, a bear, a red giant, a giant amazon, and...yeah, I got nothin'. >.
Azuth65 Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 And because I took a sick day, I miss a good one... Crap.
quotemyname Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Dang. Kinda upset I missed out on this for Blueshift. Would have liked the chance to show the locals her "Boomstick" :P
