I chose this Greek medallion of a fish because I knew that it would be easily recognized, I like it's ancient aesthetic, and because I like stories that take place about the seas.

I found my avatar on a tattoo parlor's website. It was one of the standard designs you could get, I suppose. It was white on a black background, so I grabbed it, inverted the colors, shrank it, and voila.

Mine is the symbol for the Trolls from Changeling: the Dreaming. Despite the problems of the gameline (and they are myriad), I have always had a great time playing old-model Changeling, mainly due to great gaming groups. Trolls were always one of my favorite kiths, and I had a lot of fun playing a troll gunslinger who was part Roy Rogers and part Roland of Gilead. I first adopted the nickname "trollthumper" when signing up for one of these gaming groups, and it's stuck around ever since.

My avatar is something I made myself. The concept is certainly not original, but I think I executed it well.
