Valkyrie is missed. Fort Save, DC 18. Toughness Save, DC 23. Velocity, the "fall" is just fluff. Not enough to hurt or anything.

If you want to call it a storm you can, but your only Weather-related attack power is Blast, so that is the amount of damage you can do to a single target. If you want to use Extra Effort to get a more powerful blast or an Alt Power with an area attack, you could do that too. You going to want new initiatives Barnum? Or keep the old ones? (or do we even need them yet?) Lets just keep the old ones.
