That will in fact make it, LS. And Red Rook makes a 17... which, as he's already Staggered, means he's down. That means we go into Round 9 with just Bastion and Changeling:

Bastion: 24, Bruised x2, Stunned (Changeling's Action), Mental Powers Nullified, 0 HP

Changeling: 5, Bruised x1, 0 HP

As Bastion was Stunned, he can't act this round. But the stun faded right before Changeling's turn, which meant the attack didn't hit. Which means I'll wait for another IC post from Changeling in response to Bastion's IC response to getting Stunned off his ass before we go into Round 10.

Another All-Out Attack on the part of Bastion, lowering his Defense by 2 and raising his Attack to +15.

(15:20:01) ChatBot: trollthumper rolls 1d20 and gets 3.

Which is an 18, which misses. Changeling is up.

(15:21:40) ChatBot: trollthumper rolls 1d20 and gets 6.

Which means he makes a 14, which means he's Bruised and Stunned once more and takes no action. So, for Round 11:

Bastion: 24, Bruised x3, Stunned (Changeling's Action), Mental Powers Nullified, 0 HP

Changeling: 5, Bruised x1, 0 HP

Changeling's up next.

(18:25:52) ChatBot: Aoiroo rolls 1d20 and gets 8.
Does that hit? He's stunned right, if it does DC 21 cause All Out Attack and Power Attack, so that's 20. Also, roll to keep null,
(18:27:16) ChatBot: Aoiroo rolls 1d20 and gets 4.
Null is down.

Sadly, that won't hit, as the Stun typically fades before the attacker's next turn. So while Bastion wasn't able to get an attack off this round, he did have his full Defense when Changeling. Which means the attack misses. So, Round 12:

Bastion: 24, Bruised x3, 0 HP

Changeling: 5, Bruised x1, 0 HP

Bastion responds to his powers coming back online by throwing another TK burst. And missing horribly. Changeling's turn.

Here's what she knows:

Qin Shi Huang was the First Emperor of China. He was renowned as an innovator, a uniter, a ruler... and a despot. He united China from many states into a single political entity - in fact, it's believed the word "China" comes from his name. He also worked his subjects like dogs, burned books that offered up differing political and philosophical systems, and buried scholars after he felt deceived by alchemists. He's believed to have died in the 3rd century BC... though in his final years, he desperately pursued an alchemical elixir that would bestow immortality.
