Fox Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 Doop dee doo. Dragonfly at least attempts some Master Planning. Assuming she ends up getting enough time to do so: Master Plan roll (1d20 + 7=15) That's a +2 bonus, if she ends up being able to make use of it.
Raveled Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 Ironclad's melee attack roll w/ full All-Out Attack and full Power Attack, vs Granny's Defense. DC 30 (1d20+10=26) Not quite the crit I was hoping for in using her Enhanced Strength. Still, hits Granny. Granny's Toughness save, vs DC 30. (1d20+9=21) Bruise x2, Stun refreshes. This is gonna be another drawn-out fight, isn't it?
Fox Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 :argh: Clever. Dragonfly abandons her planning. Surprise attack! Ranged Attack Roll vs. Tentacle Monster (blast; Power Attack -2/+2) (1d20 + 10 - 2=14) Well, hopefully that's enough if it catches the thing flat-footed. DC27 if it does. Initiative Roll (Speed of Thought) (1d20 + 7=21)
Raveled Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 This Cthulhu-thing is using AA's Octopus Hero build. Initiative for the Cthulhu-thing. (1d20+7=13) Yikes. Okay, Dragonfly's up next. It's flat-footed, so this does, indeed, hit. Cthulhu-thing's Toughness, vs DC 27. (1d20+10=22) Stun + Bruise.
Raveled Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 Ironclad smacks Granny around again. Ironclad's melee attack w/ full All-Out Attack and full Power Attack, vs Granny's Def. DC 30 (1d20+10=13) That just barely hits. Granny's Toughness save, vs DC 30. (1d20+8=27) Bruise x3.
Raveled Posted August 3, 2011 Author Posted August 3, 2011 Ironclad moves to a terminal and make a Computer check. She can SM this one, so no rolling. Of course, that leave Granny free to beat her about the head and noggin. Granny's unarmed strike, vs Ironclad's Def. DC 25. (1d20+10=22) That hits. Ironclad's Toughness save, vs DC 25. (1d20+15=30) I love being Toughness shifted. Ironclad punches back in retaliation. Ironclad's melee attack, vs Granny's Defense. DC 25 (1d20+10=16) Not gonna happen, sorry.
Fox Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 Ranged Attack Roll vs. Tentacle Monster (blast; Power Attack -2/+2) (1d20 + 10 - 2=13) Barely hits! DC27 Toughness.
Raveled Posted August 7, 2011 Author Posted August 7, 2011 Cthuloid's Toughness save, vs DC 27. (1d20+10=28) Makes it. Cthuloid's melee attack w/ All-Out Attack, vs. Dragonfly's Def. (1d20+15=31) That hits, but does it stick? Cutholid's grapple attempt, vs. Dragonfly's grapple attempt. (1d20+32=43) Sticky icky! Onto the SF fight. Granny's unarmed strike, vs Ironclad's Def. DC 25 (1d20+10=13) Whiff. Ironclad's melee attack w/ full All-Out Attack, vs Granny's Def. DC 25. (1d20+15=34) That's actually a hit and a crit. I'm actually going to use that to stunt Nullify 10 and get rid of those pesky Terminus powers! Granny's power check, vs DC 20 Nullify check. (1d20+10=25) Beats it. Had to be fancy, didn't I? Granny's Toughness save, vs DC 25. (1d20+7=18) Oh yeah, she has one of these coming, doesn't she? Stun + Bruise x4.
Fox Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Yeah, not even going to try to counter that grapple roll - even if she had her super-strength up (which she doesn't) I'm pretty sure that's not happening.
Fox Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Dragonfly isn't keen on being bound and helpless, so she teleports away (which is thankfully a task that doesn't require movement on her part). Ranged Attack Roll vs. Tentacle Monster (blast) (1d20 + 10=25) Revenge! DC25 Toughness.
Raveled Posted August 7, 2011 Author Posted August 7, 2011 Cthuloid's Toughness save, vs DC 25. (1d20+9=28) Makes it again! Cthuloid's Visual Dazzle w/ All-Out Attack, vs Dragonfly's Def. (1d20+15=28) Cthuloid Surges to get across the room and ink Dragonfly. Rank 10 Visual Dazzle, so DC 20 Reflex save and DC 20 Fort. Waive the Fatigue, so Fly picks up a HP. Granny's Stunned, so Ironclad's gonna take the opportunity to blast her while she's down. Ironclad's wrist blasters w/ full All-Out Attack & full Power Attack, vs. Granny's Def. DC 30 (1d20+10=15) That hits. Granny's Toughness, vs DC 30. (1d20+6=14) And she is out of there!
Fox Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Reflex Save, Fort Save vs. Tentacle Monster's Dazzle, DC20, DC20 (1d20+6=13, 1d20+6=14) Boo. Stupid low exotics. Dragonfly extra-effort stunts off her super-senses, trading in her visual-based super-senses for +Accurate radio (radar). She spends her new HP to waive the fatigue. Ranged Attack Roll vs. Tentacle Monster (blast) (1d20 + 10=14) ...yeeaaaah, guess there are still some kinks in the new sense to work out.
Raveled Posted August 7, 2011 Author Posted August 7, 2011 Cthuloid's melee attack, vs Dragonfly's Def. DC 25 (1d20+10=16) Whelp, that misses.
Fox Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Ranged Attack Roll vs. Cthuloid (blast) (1d20 + 10=30) Hm! I'm tempted to do a free stunt, but that hasn't been working out so well lately. Let's go with the normal +5. DC30 Toughness.
Raveled Posted August 13, 2011 Author Posted August 13, 2011 Cthuloid is dealing with one Bruise already, so. Cthuloid's Toughness save, vs DC 30. (1d20+9=14) That is the very definition of being out.
