So after my hiatus, I'm returning to our lovely crime-ridden hive and decided to take the oppurtunity to rebuild my character Sarah while I'm at it.

Anyone have any suggestions on the new build?

Also refs, I'm putting the fluff into the new format and updating some stuff in it, so pending an okay on the stats I'll post that too to go into the updated character post.

EDIT: Made changes based on Raveled's and Quote's advice. Changed the strike to autofire and fiddled with the array a bit, and changed around some skills, moved a feat into powers, and altered the ring
